ASSEMBLY

PRODUCTS WITHOUT INTEGRATED RAILS

  1. If the rings for installation on rifles or shotguns are too far apart for the standard telescopic sight, dismantle the trim ring and screw the extension tube onto the thread that is thereby exposed at the front end of the telescopic sight.

  2. Some red dot sights have a protective sleeve made of plastic, intended for special installations on automatic weapons. If the weapon in question is not of this type, remove the rubber eyecup from the end of the eyepiece, pull off the protective sleeve, and refit the eye cup.

  3. The site must be at least 7.5 cm away from the shooter’s eye in the shooting position.

  4. Reinstall the enclosed rings on the base by fitting the rings’ transverse screw in the base’s transverse groove. Tighten the transverse screws’ lock nuts using a screwdriver or a  coin.
Dismantle the rings’ upper and lower halves by removing both screws with the enclosed hex key.

  5. Place the sight in the cradles formed by the lower halves of the rings. Refit the upper halves of the rings and tighten the screws gently.

  6. Twist the sight until the elevation adjustment screw is at the top.

  7. On some models, the rheostat knob is at the top. To avoid the sight being struck by ejected cartridge cases, the sight can be twisted so that the rheostat knob and the elevation adjustment screw are on the side and the lateral adjustment screw is at the top.

NOTE:
In such cases, the “UP” indication will become the “R” (right) indication, and the “R” indication will become the “UP” indication.

PRODUCTS WITH INTEGRATED RAIL

  1. Install the rail on the base.
  2. Align and install the ring’s transverse screw in the base’s transverse groove.
  3. Tighten the transverse screws’ lock nuts using a screwdriver or a coin.
    NOTE:
Apply thread-locking fluid on the threads of the lock nuts for additional safety.

INSERTING THE BATTERIES

  1. To insert batteries, unscrew the battery cover.
  2. Insert the batteries with the positive terminal (V) upwards.
  3. Replace the battery cover.

Replacing the batteries
Replace the batteries if the reticle’s markings are only faintly visible or not visible at all.

HOW TO USE

ADJUSTMENT OF FIRE

  1. Adjust the brightness of the reticle’s markings using the rheostat knob-turn clockwise to increase and anti-clockwise to decrease the brightness. The higher the numerical value, the higher the brightness. In position “o”, the product is switched off.
  2. Remove the covers from the lateral adjustment screw and the elevation adjustment screw.
  3. Place the weapon, with the sight, installed, on a firm surface. Aim along the barrel at a target at a distance of approximately 50-100 yards (46-91 m).
Aim with the sight and adjust with the lateral adjustment screw and the elevation adjustment screw until the reticle’s crosshairs are aligned with the target.

NOTE:
Each click of the adjustment screws moves the point of impact 1 inch (25.4 mm) at a range of 100 yards (91.4 m).
