Blending tips

  1. Set the container on the motor baser by aligning it over the centering pad anchored to the base. (Motor must be completely stopped before positioning container.) Container are not to be used for hard,dry materials.
    Avoid running your machine with the container empty.

  2. There is a safety switch in the cover,the machine won’t be work with an open cover.

  3. The lid of the jug must be covered when blending.

  4. When the cycle is complete. The blender stops. Wait until blades come to a complete stop before removing the lid and /or container from the motor base.

Jammed ingredients

When blending certain ingredients. Chunks may become stuck below the blades. This can often be indicated by a loud noise emitted from the blender. IN this occurrence follow the instructions below:

  1. Turn the blender off
  2. Open the sound proof cover. remove the container from motor base and remove lid
  3. Using a plastic utensil, carefully shift the ingredients from underneath the blades.
  4. Place container back correctly onto motor base, attach lid and cover the sound proof cover, proceed with blending.

Troubleshooting

My blender won’t turn on:

  1. Check that the blender is correctly plugged into a power socket.
  2. Check the power socket is on or not.
  3. Check the sound proof cover is closed or not
  4. Check the ON/OFF switch is on or not.

Getting started

Before First Use

Remove any packaging material and promotional labels before using your Blender for the first time. Wash the container, lid, lid plug and tamper in warm soapy water before first use. Position your Blender on a firm level table or bench.

NOTE: You may notice a slight odor from the blender motor on first use. This is normal and expected for the motors first operation.

General Information and Safety Instructions

  1. Do not use in dusty conditions.

  2. Do not drop the Professional Blender. Dropping or rough use of the unit will cause damage.

  3. Do not place near strong magnets or strong electric currents.

  4. If the Professional Blender is not in use, turn off and unplug from any power source.

  5. Do not attempt to repair, open or alter any components of the Professional
    Blender. In the case of improper usage or if you have opened, altered and repaired the product yourself, all guarantees are void.

  6. The supplier does not accept responsibility for additional or consequential damage other than covered by legal product responsibility.

  7. The supplier is not responsible for the end use of this product including any improper.

Important Safeguards

  1. Read all instructions.
  2. Don’t use the machine for other than intended or specified purposes.
  3. To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not put motor base in water or other liquid.
  4. Don’t operate appliance with wet hands or operate in a wet working environment.
  5. The machine is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience or knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the machine by a person responsible for their safety.
  6. Children should be supervised to ensure that they don’t play with the machine.
  7. Close adult supervision is necessary when machine is used by or near children.
  8. Unplug the power cord from the outlet when the machine is not in use, before disassembling, when putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning, other than washing the container.
  9. Never come in contact with moving parts, especially the blades.
  10. Don’t let the power cord touch hot surfaces or hang over edge of table or counter.
  11. Keep hands and utensils out of the container while motor is running to prevent the possibility of severe personal injury and /or damage to the machine. A mixing rod may be used, but only when the machine is not running.
  12. Take care blending hot liquids or creating soups as there is risk of burns; ensure the lid and the lid plug are firming in place.
  13. Always wait until blades have stopped moving before removing container from motor base or removing lid.
  14. Don’t store or leave non-food items such as cutlery in the  container. Never attempt to use the blender with a non-food item inside the container.
  15. If you experience any issues with the blade mechanism or motor base, please cease use of the blender immediately and ask for customer support.
  16. Blades are sharp, handle carefully.
    Never operate blender with loosen or damaged blades. Turn power off immediately. unplug and replace blades before to use blender.
    Never put blades on motor base without blender jug in place.
