GIANNI PBH-100 Series Electromechanical Push Bars
INSTRUCTION
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
PBH-100 series electromechanical push bars are electrified exit devices designed to work with access control as means of locking mechanism. On exit, simply depress the push bar to open the door. It is recommended to pair with key cylinders or access control devices on the exterior.
- Operating Voltage: 12~24 VDC/AC (SO Models)
- Current Draw: 1500 mA (down to 500 mA after 1 second)
- Endurance: 500,000 cycles
- Cover: Aluminum alloy, Silver/Black/Dark Bronze
- Relay rating: 5 A/ 125 VAC
- Fail-Secure operation (Can be opened from inside by depressing the bar)
Dogging The Push Bar
Depress the push bar completely and insert the dogging key. Turn the key anticlockwise to disable the latching function (dogging).

Installation Steps
- Determine the height in which to install the push bar and drill holes on the door and door frame using the template. Mark mounting holes for the cylinder per template.
- Install the cylinder with cylinder plate. Ensure 5mm extrusion for the cylinder to engage properly.
- Remove both end caps by removing the screws. Install the push bar on the door or mounting bar. Once complete, assemble the end caps back on the push bar.
- Install strike assembly on the door frame. Ensure there is a 4-5mm gap between the strike assembly and the end cap. Make sure smooth operation between the push bar and strike before tightening all screws.
