Product Usage Instructions
Activation and Installation
Contact customer service to schedule installation of your Fiber
Internet service. A technician will visit your location to set up
the necessary equipment.
Service Cancellation
If you are not satisfied with the service, you can cancel within
30 days of installation. Contact customer support to initiate the
cancellation process.
Refund Process
Upon cancellation within the 30-day period, your refund will be
issued through a bill credit for the first month’s charges, ETF,
and equipment restocking fee. Any deposit or credit balance will be
refunded via a pre-paid card.
Terms and Conditions
This satisfaction guarantee offer is valid for orders placed by
June 30, 2024, and applies only to new Fiber customers. Optional
services are not eligible for refunds under this guarantee.
