- Charging: The tracker can be charged by connecting the cable to the magnetic port. It may take approximately 6 to 7 hours to fully charge the tracker.
- Device Button: The device button has multiple functions. Short press the button for 1 second to power ON the tracker. With SOS enabled, the wearer can short-press the button for 3 seconds to trigger an SOS alert. Long press the button for 15 seconds to restart the tracker. The tracker will vibrate once to indicate that it is being restarted.
- LED Lights: By short-pressing the button once, 4 blue LEDs will be on for 15 seconds to show the battery level. The left LED indicates the GPRS connection status while charging. The blue LED twinkles while charging, and all 4 blue LEDs will be on when the tracker is fully charged.
- Wearing & Key Functions: Please refer to the user manual for information on wearing and key functions of the tracker.
- Device Tracking: The tracker supports GPS location for outdoor tracking and Wi-Fi or LBS location for indoor and outdoor tracking. The tracking priority is GPS>Wi-Fi>LBS. The tracker will search for GPS for a maximum of 90 seconds to get and report GPS location. If GPS tracking fails, it will report the Wi-Fi or LBS location instead. Real-time tracking is supported, and the tracker will immediately report its location after receiving a GPRS command from the Shadowtrack platform.
- SOS Alert: The tracker supports the switch ON/OFF of SOS alert by GPRS command. By pressing the button for 3 seconds, the tracker will vibrate for one second and send GPRS SOS alert data with the latest location to the platform if the SOS alert is enabled. After sending the SOS alert, the tracker will initiate the SOS call process. It will make a phone call to the first SOS number three times until the call is answered. If there is no answer or if the SOS button is pressed again to cancel the outgoing call, it will call all the other SOS numbers in turn.
- Low Battery & Tamperproof Alert: When the battery level is 5%, the tracker will send a GPRS low battery alert to the Shadowtrack platform. If the strap is opened or broken, the tracker’s LEDs will be on for 3 seconds with vibration and sound, and it will send GPRS tamperproof alert data with the last location to the tracking platform.
- Waterproof: The tracker is splash, water, and dust resistant with an IP68 rating. It has been tested under controlled laboratory conditions.

Product Usage Instructions

Read the user manual before installing and using the product.

To charge the tracker, connect the cable to the magnetic port and allow it to charge for approximately 6 to 7 hours.

To power ON the tracker, short press the button for 1 second.
Note that the tracker cannot be powered OFF by pressing the button when there is a SIM card installed. -
If SOS is enabled, the wearer can trigger an SOS alert by pressing the button for 3 seconds. The tracker will vibrate and send an SOS alert with the latest location to the platform.

To restart the tracker, long press the button for 15 seconds The tracker will vibrate once to indicate that it is being restarted.

To check the battery level, short-press the button once. The 4 blue LEDs will be on for 15 seconds to show the battery level.

The tracker supports GPS location for outdoor tracking and Wi-Fi or LBS location for indoor and outdoor tracking. The tracking priority is GPS>Wi-Fi>LBS. The tracker will search for GPS for a maximum of 90 seconds to get and report GPS location. If GPS tracking fails, it will report the Wi-Fi or LBS location instead.

The tracker supports real-time tracking. It will report its location immediately after receiving a GPRS command from the Shadowtrack platform.

To switch ON/OFF the SOS alert, use the GPRS command. By pressing the button for 3 seconds, the tracker will vibrate and send an SOS alert with the latest location to the platform if the SOS alert is enabled.

If the battery level is 5%, the tracker will send a low battery alert to the platform. If the strap is opened or broken, the tracker’s LEDs will be on for 3 seconds with vibration and sound, and it will send a tamperproof alert with the last location to the tracking platform.

Avoid exposing the tracker to liquids as it is splash, water, and dust resistant. Refer to the user manual for a complete list of items to avoid to prevent liquid damage.

Appearance of the Product
Charging

LED Lights
- Short press the button one time, and 4 blue LEDs will be on for 15 seconds to show the battery level.
- The left LED is on to show the GPRS connection status while charging.
- The blue LED twinkles while charging. All 4 blue LEDs will be on when it is fully charged.
Wearing & Key Functions
- Open the back cover with Hex screwdriver. Install SIM and fasten the back cover with screws.
- Wear the tracker on the ankle. Make the strap go around the ankle, and make the strap end go through the metal strap lock ring. Fasten the strap and the ring with a special screw.
- Long press the button to power ON the tracker.
- Do not try to open the strap or damage the tracker without permission.
- The tracker will send a tamperproof alert to the Shadowtrack platform.
Device Tracking
- The tracker supports GPS location for outdoor tracking and Wi-Fi or LBS location for indoor and outdoor tracking.
- The tracking priority is GPS>Wi-Fi>LBS.
- The tracking process is to search GPS for a maximum of 90 seconds to get and report GPS location, or report Wi-Fi or LBS location only if GPS tracking fails.
- The tracker supports real-time tracking. It will report the location immediately after receiving a GPRS command from the Shadowtrack platform.
SOS Alert
- The tracker supports switch ON/OFF SOS alerts by GPRS command.
- By short pressing 3 seconds, the tracker will vibrate for one second, and send GPRS SOS alert data with the latest location to the platform if the SOS alert was enabled.
- After sending the SOS alert, the tracker will start the SOS call process. It will make a phone call to the first SOS number three times until the call is answered. If no answer or the SOS button is pressed again to cancel the outgoing call, it should call all the other SOS numbers by turns.
Low Battery & Tamperproof Alert
- The tracker will send a GPRS low battery alert to the Shadowtrack platform when the battery level is 5%.
- The tracker’s LEDs will be on for 3 seconds with vibration and play sound when it detects the strap opened or broken. It will send GPRS tamperproof alert data with the last location to the tracking platform.
Waterproof
- The tracker is splash, water, and dust resistant and was tested under controlled laboratory conditions with a rating of IP68.
Please avoid the items listed to prevent liquid damage:
- Charging or pressing the button while the watch is wet.
- Swimming or bathing in warm water with the watch.
- Exposing the watch to pressurized or high-velocity water, such as when showering, surfing, or jet skiing.
- Using the watch in a sauna or steam room.
- Operating the watch outside the suggested temperature ranges or in extremely humid conditions.
- Dropping the watch or subjecting it to other impacts.
- Disassembling the watch, including removing screws.
- Users should also minimize the watch’s exposure to soap, detergent acids, or acidic food. As well as any liquids like perfume, lotions, sunscreen, and solvents.
