When you use the treadmill, you are training your leg muscles and strengthening your heart and lungs. Blood circulation and oxygen uptake are improved, as well as the body’s ability to absorb nutrients. Metabolism is increased, fat-burning becomes more efficient and you raise your chances of a long and healthy life.

Lubrication
The plate and belt are factory-treated with an antistatic lubricant. Lubricate every 100 hours of use (normal use).

When the treadmill is not in use, be sure to unplug it so that children do not happen to press the start button. Keep the treadmill in a clean, dry place when it is not being used for longer periods.
