Read this Manual carefully before use
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Read all instructions carefully before using this product. Keep this manual
for future reference. Prior to assembly, remove components from the box and
verify that all the listed parts were supplied.
Assembly instructions are described in the following steps and illustrations.
- Check all the screws, nuts, and other connections before using the machine for the first time and ensure that the trainer is in a safe condition.
- Set up the machine in a dry level place and leave it away from moisture and water.
- Place a suitable base (e.g. rubber mat, wooden board, etc.) beneath the machine to avoid dirt and etc.
- Before beginning training, remove all objects within a radius of 2 meters from the machine.
- DO NOT use aggressive cleaning articles to clean the machine, only use the supplied tools or suitable tools of your own to assemble the machine or repair any parts of the machine. Remove drops of sweat from the machine immediately after finishing training.
- Your health can be affected by incorrect or excessive training. Consult a doctor before beginning a training program. He can define the maximum setting (Pulse. Watts. Duration of training etc) to which you may train yourself and can get precise information during training. This machine is not suitable for therapeutic purposes.
- Only do training on the machine when it is in the correct working way. Use only original spare parts for any necessary repairs.
- This machine can be used for only one person’s training at a time.
- Wear training clothes and shoes which are suitable for fitness training with the machine. Your training shoes should be appropriate for the trainer.
- If you have a feeling of dizziness, sickness, or other abnormal symptoms, stop training and consult a doctor asap.
- Children or mentally/physically disabled persons should only use the machine in the presence of another person who can give aid and advice.
- The power of the machine increases with increasing speed, and the reverse. The machine is equipped with an adjustable knob that can adjust the resistance. Reduce the resistance by turning the adjusting knob for the resistance setting towards stage 1. Increase the resistance by turning the adjusting knob for the resistance setting towards the stage.

NOTE:
Most of the listed assembly hardware has been packaged separately, but some
hardware items have been preinstalled in the identified assembly parts. In
these instances, simply remove and reinstall the hardware as the assembly is
required.
Please reference the individual assembly steps and make note of all preinstalled hardware.
Assembly instruction
Before assembling, make sure that you have enough space around the item. Use
the supplied
tooling for assembling, before assembling please check whether all needed
parts are available. It is strongly recommended this machine be assembled by
two or more people to avoid possible injury.
STEP 1
Attach the front stabilizer (2) and rear stabilizer (3) to the main frame (1)
with the carriage bolts (5), arc washers (6), and acorn nuts (7) as shown.
NOTE:
The Leveler end caps of the rear stabilizer can be ADJUSTED to keep the
equipment stable.
STEP 2
Attach the pedals (9L/R) to the Crank (8L/R) respectively, as viewed from the
rider’s exercising position. Always make sure the pedals are securely
tightened before any exercise.
NOTE:
Both pedals are labeled, L for left and R for right. To tighten the left pedal
COUNTERCLOCKWISE and the right pedal CLOCKWISE.
STEP 3
Attach the saddle (33) to the saddle post (16) with the nylon nut (35) and
flat washer (36) as shown.
And then insert the bellow (37) to the Extension plastic (16). Finally, insert
the saddle post (16) into the main frame (1) with the knob (29) at a proper
height as shown.
NOTE:
Please make sure the saddle (33) tightens in the saddle post (16) when doing
exercise.
STEP 4
Insert the handlebar post cover (22) into the handlebar post (17), and connect
the Extension Wire (13) with the sensor wire (11), at the same time, hook the
tension cable (12) to the cable from the tension controller (25).
After making sure the wires are well connected, then fix the handlebar post (17) to the main frame (1) with the Inner hex bolts (14) and arc washers(6).
STEP 5
Feed the pulse wire (28) out of the handlebar post
(17) through the top of the computer bracket. Attach the handlebar (27) to the
handlebar post (17) with the inner hex bolt (31), spring washer (30) and flat
washer (34), and then cover the handlebar chuck cover (32) as shown.
STEP 6
Connect all the wires (13 & 28) to the wires come from the computer (24), and
then install the computer (24) onto the computer bracket on the top of the
handlebar post (17) with the cross pan head screw (21) as shown.

Key functions

Operation procedures
AUTO ON/OFF
The system turns on when any key is pressed or when it senses input from the
speed sensor.
The system turns off automatically when the speed has no signal input, or no
keys are pressed for approximately 4 minutes.
RESET
The unit can be reset by either changing battery or pressing the MODE key for
3 seconds.
MODE
Press the MODE key when the pointer marks the function you want, which begins
blinking.
TIME
Press the MODE key until the pointer locks on to TIME. The total working time
will be shown when starting the exercise.
SPEED
Press the MODE key until the pointer advance to SPEED. The current speed will
be shown.
DISTANCE
Press the MODE key until the pointer advance to DISTANCE. The distance of each
workout will be displayed.
CALORIE
Press the MODE key until the pointer locks on to CALORIE. The calorie burned
will be displayed when starting exercise.
ODOMETER
Press the MODE key until the pointer advance to ODOMETER. The total
accumulated distance will be shown.
PULSE
Press the MODE key until the pointer advance to PULSE. The user’s current
heart rate will be displayed- ed in beats per minute. Place the palms of your
hands on both contact pads and wait for 30 seconds for an accurate reading.
SCAN
Automatically display changes every 4 seconds.
BATTERY
If improper display on the monitor, please reinstall the batteries to have a
good result.
Care and maintenance
- As with all mechanical equipment, we recommend checking all parts that may become loose with use. Check all parts of the magnetic bike, concentrating on screws, nuts, seat, pedals, and caps, making sure they are still tight and functioning correctly. The parts should be checked on a regular basis.
- If you want to clean the Machine, use only very mild detergents. Do not use any cleaning products containing bleach or ammonia, as these will damage the surface finish.
- Please pay attention that no liquids are allowed to enter the inner parts of the machine or the display, as this may lead to defects.
Warranty
Frontier guarantees that this product is free from manufacturing defects in
terms of materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years in Sweden, Norway,
Denmark, and Finland. This warranty period begins on the day the product is
purchased or delivered. Frontier has no obligation to repair or replace
products that are not accompanied by valid proof of purchase. This warranty
applies only to products purchased and used for home use and does not cover
damage resulting from abuse, failure to comply with the instructions from
Frontier, cases in which the product has been modified or subjected to
unauthorized repair, improper packaging on the part of the owner, normal wear
and tear, or improper handling on the part of a transport company.
Correct Disposal of this product
This marking indicates that this product should not be disposed of with other
household wastes throughout the EU. To prevent possible harm to the
environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it
responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources.
