Use steps

SIM card placement
Please make sure that the SIM card is not enabled for call forwarding and caller ID display and the PIN code is turned off. The mobile phone message must be in plain text format and cannot recognize the PDU format.

  1. Remove the soft plug
  2. Insert the SIM card with the chip facing down and the notch facing in (look pictures)

Platform and phone APP

Log in to the mobile phone client or location service platform specified by the dealer, and bind the terminal to query and set the terminal-related parameters.

  1. Login location service platform: Please log in to the dealer to specify the location service platform for corresponding settings and function operations.
  2. Download the mobile client: Please log in to the dealer’s designated website to download the mobile client software for installation.

If the following faults occur on the operator terminal, please refer to the following troubleshooting scheme. If you still can’t solve the fault, please contact your dealer or service provider!
