Use steps
SIM card placement
Please make sure that the SIM card is not enabled for call forwarding and
caller ID display and the PIN code is turned off. The mobile phone message
must be in plain text format and cannot recognize the PDU format.
- Remove the soft plug
- Insert the SIM card with the chip facing down and the notch facing in (look pictures)

Platform and phone APP

- Login location service platform: Please log in to the dealer to specify the location service platform for corresponding settings and function operations.
- Download the mobile client: Please log in to the dealer’s designated website to download the mobile client software for installation.
