Before First Use:

  1. Ensure all parts are clean and in place.
  2. Fill the water tank with fresh water.

Brew Espresso:

  1. Place the filter in the filter holder arm and add ground coffee powder.
  2. Tamp the coffee and clean the edges of the filter.
  3. Insert the filter holder arm into the coffee maker and close it securely.
  4. Place a cup on the cup rest tray, press the power button, and start brewing.

Milk Frother Function:

  1. Press the power button followed by the steam button for preheating.
  2. Pour milk into a cup and use the steam nozzle to froth the milk.
  3. Adjust the steam size as needed and release some water before frothing.

Hot Water Function:

  1. Press the power button and then the steam button for preheating.
  2. Turn the steam regulator to dispense hot water for your needs.

BEFORE FIRST USE

  • Pour water into the tank, never exceeding the “Max” mark that appears on the tank. If you want to prepare cold coffee, you must add cold water inside the tank.
  • Take the filter holder arm out of the packaging box, place the filter you want to use on the arm, and screw it into the corresponding position on the machine. The handle of the funnel should be aligned with the mark so that it is correctly placed.
  • Plug in the power supply, the machine will beep and the four lights flash once.
  • Press the power button and the indicator lights will remain on.

BREW ESPRESSO

  1. Place the filter you want to use in the filter holder arm, then put the ground coffee powder in the filter (the coffee powder should be No. 1, neither too coarse nor too fine).
  2. Then, with the flat part of the tamper spoon, press the coffee from the filter and clean the coffee powder from the edge of the filter with a brush or a dry cloth.
  3. Insert the filter holder arm into the coffee maker and close it firmly until you reach the locking point.
  4. Then place the coffee cup on the cup rest tray, press the power button, and all the indicator lights will remain on.

Prepare hot coffee.

  • Press the espresso button the indicator light will flash and the machine will start the heating system.
  • When the indicator light stays on, the internal components have heated up, the machine is ready and the coffee comes out automatically.
  • When you reach the desired coffee volume, press the espresso button again to stop the coffee maker. (The longest coffee is 60 seconds).
  • Press the power button and the coffee maker will remain in standby mode.

Prepare cold coffee.

  • Press the cold brew button once for the coffee to start coming out.
  • When you reach the desired volume, press the cold brew button again and the coffee will stop (the maximum coffee duration is 60 seconds).
  • It is recommended to use cold water to obtain a better flavor.

ADVICE:

  • Whenever you make hot coffee first and then cold coffee, place a large cup under the hot water spout.
  • Turn on the steam selector, hot water and steam will come out of the machine.
  •  When the hot water from the steam nozzle forms a straight line, turn off the steam selector.
  • Put cold water in the water tank and your machine is ready to brew cold brew coffee.

MILK FROTHER FUNCTION

  1. Press the power button and then the steam button. At this time, the indicator light will start flashing. When the steam indicator light stays completely on, preheating is complete.

  2. Pour whole milk into a cup, insert the steam nozzle into the surface of the milk, then slowly unscrew the steam regulator until steam begins to come out.
    Note: The steam size can be adjusted according to personal skill. Release some water into the steam wand before frothing.

  3. When the milk temperature reaches about 70ºC and the milk foam starts to puff up, you can turn the steam regulator to OFF and press the steam button to turn it off.

HOT WATER FUNCTION

  1. Press the power button and then the steam button. At this time, the indicator light will start flashing. When the steam indicator light stays completely on, preheating is complete.
  2. Turn the steam regulator and the steam pipe will start to discharge hot steam continuously. This way you can heat water in a cup.
  3. Turn the steam regulator OFF to stop the steam output.

TANK CLEANING

  • For your coffee machine to work efficiently, the internal pipes to be clean, and the taste of the coffee to be optimal, it is necessary to descale, clean, and maintain the coffee machine periodically.
  • The descaling warning will be displayed when the appliance has run cumulatively for 300 cycles. At this time, all indicators will flash and beep 5 times, which means that the coffee maker needs to be descaled, and then the appliance will return to its normal state.
  • The descaling warning will be displayed every time you turn on the appliance if you do not cancel it.
  1. Fill the water tank with water and softener to the MAX level (follow the water and softener scale detailed in the softener instructions). If you wish, you can use a household descaler; use citric acid instead of the descaler (one hundred parts water and three parts citric acid).
  2. Press the espresso button once to prepare the coffee and prepare about 100 ml of hot water. Then turn off the appliance and leave the descaling solution in the appliance for 5 minutes.
  3. Turn on the device and repeat the previous step 3 times.
  4. Then repeat the previous step 2 times with only water at the MAX level (it is not necessary to wait 5 minutes).

NOTE : Once descaling is completed, it is necessary to cancel the descaling notice. Simultaneously press and hold the espresso button, cold coffee button, and steam button for 3 seconds.

TROUBLESHOOTING

•  The machine is not preheated.

| •  The machine needs to preheat before producing coffee. Wait for the indicator light to become steady and not flashing.


Fat-free.

•  Ground coffee is too thick.

| •  Change the coffee for one that is more ground.
•  The coffee is not pressed.| •  Press the coffee correctly.





No steam

| •  The steam outlet is not connected properly.| ****

•  Connect the steam outlet correctly.



•  The steam switch is not on or preheating to turn on the steam has not been completed.

COOLING FUNCTION

  • When making coffee after using the steamer, turn off the “steam switch” as the temperature will be too high. The espresso and/or cold brew indicator light will flash until the machine has cooled.
  • Then turn the steam regulator to, the machine will start pumping water and the steam pipe will discharge water continuously and start cooling.
  • When the indicator light flashes quickly, turn the steam regulator to “OFF” and it will stop cooling.
  • Once the power indicator lights up, you can make coffee.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  1. Turn off the power and allow the coffee maker to cool completely before cleaning.

  2. Wipe the exterior and parts of the coffee maker with a damp cloth or clean sponge.
    Note: Do not use alcohol or solvent cleaner, do not immerse the machine in water to clean it.

  3. Unscrew the coffee funnel and clean the coffee grounds from the filter.
