Assembly Instructions
- The handle has been placed on the peeler backward to conserve space in the box. To correct this, release the shaft lever and pull the shaft back slightly. Turn the handle counterclockwise to unscrew it from the shaft and reattach it by turning it firmly clockwise.
- Secure the apple peeler to a counter or tabletop by turning the lever on the vacuum base.
- Turn the handle all the way in to ensure that the fork passes directly through the center of the coring slicing blade. If adjustment is needed, loosen the thumb screw and center the blade around the fork.
Peeling, Coring, and Slicing
Now you’re ready to begin peeling:
- Press an apple, stem end first, firmly onto the three-prong fork.
- Make sure the apple is centered on the fork for optimal peeling performance.
- Turn the handle to peel, core, and slice the apple in one easy operation.
- When peeling is completed, slide the apple spiral from the core.
- Release the lever and pull the handle back to release the core from the fork.
The sharp end of the corer blade can be used to make apple rings for canning, drying, salads, pies, and other apple treats.

Assembly Instructions
APPLE PEELER – SUCTION BASE
- The handle has been placed on the peeler back-ward to conserve space in the box. Turn handle around by releasing the shaft lever and pulling shaft back slightly. Turn handle counter clockwise to unscrew from shaft and reattach by turning handle firmly clockwise.
- Secure apple peeler to counter or table top by turning lever on vacuum base.
- Turn the handle all the way in to make sure the fork passes directly through the centre of the coring slicing blade. if adjustment is needed, loosen thumb screw and centre blade around the fork.
- Now you’re ready to begin peeling. Press apple, stem end first, firmly onto the 3 prong fork. Make sure apple is centred on fork so that peeler will work at its best. Turn handle to peel, core and slice in one easy operation.
- When peeling is completed slide apple spiral from core. Release lever and pull handle back when peeling in completed to release core from fork.
- The sharp end of the corer blade will make apple rings just for canning, drying, salads, pies and other delicious apple treats.
