Assembly Steps

Step 1: Frame and Pedal Plate Assembly
Unfold the frame into an upright position and secure it with Threaded NLR knobs. -
Step 2: Wheel Stand Setup
Lay the wheel stand on its side and install leveling feet. Place it on a carpet or packaging to protect floors. -
Step 3: Wheel Plate Installation
Attach the wheel plate to the support plate using M8 hardware.

What should I do if a part is missing?

Can the simulator be folded for storage?
The simulator is not designed to be folded. Disassembly may be required for storage.

- Please do not use power tools for assembly as over tightening can damage your frame.
- Do not force parts together.
- Avoid cross threading threaded items.
- If in doubt consult the installation video (see QR code below or contact us at support@nextlevelracing.com)
- Take extra care when adjusting height of Wheel Stand. Suggest doing so with two people to avoid damage or injury.
- Wheel Stand Lite 2.0 is rated for Wheel Bases up to 10Nm.

MOUNTING INSTRUCTION

A) Unfold Frame into upright position.
B) Secure with Threaded NLR knobs. -
Lay Wheel Stand on side. Install Leveling Feet into the positions on bottom of Frame. Recommended to lay down on carpet or Wheel Stand packaging to protect wooden floors.

A) Place Wheel Plate onto Support Plate
B) Secure in place using M8 20mm Socket Head Bolts, M8 Washers and M8 Flange Nuts. -
A) Mount Shifter Plate Bracket to Wheel Plate using M8 20mm Socket Head Bolts and M8 Washers.
B) Mount Shifter Plate to Support Bracket using M8 20mm Socket Head Bolts and M8 Washers. -
A) Place Cradle in suitable position for your game chair to support your racing position.
B) Secure using the provided Cradle Mounting Brackets, M8 20mm Socket Head Bolts and M8 Washers. -
A) Place Cradle in suitable position for your game chair to support your racing position.
B) For a more rigid installation use M8 Bolts and Washers in both mounting holes on Frame.
Note: This will eliminate the Cradle folding seen in installation step 10A. -
A) Adjust Pedal Plate angle by removing above Bolts, tilt plate to adjust angle. Replace Bolts.
B) Adjust Pedal Plate position by removing above Bolts, move plate to new position. Replace Bolts. -
Loosen Bolts for minor adjustments using 6mm Allen key. For larger adjustments move Bolts to one of the other Bolt positions (circled).

Loosen above Bolts with provided 6mm Allen Key and 13mm Wrench, adjust Wheel Plate to desired angle. Retighten Bolts with provided tools.

Loosen above bolts with provided 6mm Allen key, adjust Shifter Plate to desired angle. Retighten Bolts with provided tools. Set up is complete and ready for your electronics. Happy Racing!

A) Remove Threaded NLR Knobs. Fold Uprights down gently. Fold Game Chair Cradle upwards.
B) Suggest securing Threaded NLR knobs in open inserts on folded Uprights. Use 10mm x 380mm Cable Management Strips to secure Wheel Stand lite 2.0 in folded position. -

B) Suggest securing Threaded NLR knobs in open inserts on folded Uprights. Use 10mm x 380mm Cable Management Strips to secure Wheel Stand lite 2.0 in folded position.
