Product Information
The Next Level Racing LITE is a sim racing cockpit that provides an immersive
racing experience. It is designed to optimize your sim racing journey and
enhance your racing skills. The cockpit features a fabric seat, a main frame,
a backrest, a wheel plate, a pedal frame, and various other components for a
sturdy and comfortable setup.|
The package includes all the necessary hardware for assembly, including bolts,
nuts, washers, and tools. Some items come with a rust-resistant coating for
durability.
Product Usage Instructions
Using NLR LITE Series Hubs
Before adjusting the hubs, ensure that the user is out of the cockpit.
Tighten the hubs fully before using the cockpit. Spin the hub clockwise to
ensure it is tightly secured.
To unlock and lock the hubs, open and close the cam lever respectively. Make
sure the cam lever is tightly closed by spinning it clockwise before sitting
in the cockpit to avoid any failure.
Assembly Process
Insert the Backrest Bottom Tubes through the openings in the back of the
Backrest. Press the spring-loaded pin to lock the tubes in place. The top
holes will create a taller backrest, while the bottom holes will create a
shorter one.
Uninstall the bolts and nuts from the Backrest Bottom Tube reclining hinges.
Align the mounting holes on the Backrest Bottom Tube hinges with the Main
Frame mounting holes. Bolt through and secure using the bolts and nuts
uninstalled in Step 3A.
Backrest Adjustment
Pull out the reclining knobs to release them. Unfold the Backrest to your
desired position. Release the reclining knob to lock the Backrest in place.
Ensure that the pin is properly secured through the reclining hinge side plate
to prevent any failure.

PRE-RACE CHECKS
WARNING
- Please do not use power tools for assembly as over tightening can damage your frame.
- Do not adjust the Hubs while sitting in cockpit.
- Make sure the Hubs are tightened fully before using the cockpit (Spin the Hub clockwise to ensure it is fully tight).
- Make sure the Wheel Deck strap on the Wheel Bar is tight when adjusting the Hubs, otherwise the Wheel Plate Tube will fall when Hubs are open.
- Moving parts present a pinch hazard. Take care when adjusting to avoid injury.

USING NLR LITE SERIES HUBS
Make sure the hubs are tightened fully before using the cockpit. (Spin the hub
clockwise to ensure it is fully tight
Open and close the cam lever to unlock and lock the hubs respectively. Make
sure the cam is tightly closed by spinning the lever clockwise before sitting
in the cockpit to avoid failure
ASSEMBLY PROCESS
- Insert the Backrest Bottom Tubes through the openings in the back of the Backrest. Press the spring-loaded pin to lock the tubes in place. Top holes will create a taller backrest and bottom holes will create a shorter one
- Uninstall the bolts and nuts from the Backrest Bottom Tube reclining hinges. B) Align the mounting holes on the Backrest Bottom Tubes hinges with the Main Frame mounting holes. Bolt through and secure using the bolts and nuts uninstalled in Step 3A
- Open the cam lever on the Hubs to allow them to move freely. B) Unfold the Front Leg. C) Lock the cam lever to lock the Front Leg in place
- Pull out the reclining knobs. B) Unfold the Backrest. C) Release the reclining knob to lock the Backrest in place. Ensure the pin is properly secured through the reclining hinge side plate to prevent failure.
- Remove the pre-installed bolts and nuts from the Main Frame. B) Align the tube ends of the Back Leg with the tube openings of the Main Frame. Bolt through and secure using the bolts and nuts previously uninstalled.
- Insert the Pedal Front Tube into the Pedal Frame. Press the spring-loaded pin and slide the tube onto the frame until it clicks into place. Change the inclination of your pedals by installing the Pedal Front Tube upside down
- Detach the two sides of the Pedal Frame Bracket. B) Install the Pedals Frame Brackets to the Front Leg. Bolt the two halves of the Pedal Frame Bracket together using the hardware uninstalled in Step 8A.
- Remove the bolt and nut pre-installed in the Wheel Plate Socket. B) Insert the Wheel Plate Tube into the left Wheel Plate Socket. C) Bolt and secure using the hardware previously uninstalled in Step 9A.
- Open the Wheel Plate Latch. B) Swing the Wheel Plate tube. C) Secure it in place by closing the Latch.
- Remove the bolt and nut preinstalled in the Shifter Socket. B) Align the Shifter and Handbrake Plate assembly with the Shifter Socket of your choice. Bolt and secure using the hardware pre-installed in the Shifter Sockets
- Install the Wheel Plate strengthening strap following the indications on the pictures above. Do not overtighten to avoid damage to the cockpit
- Connect the Strengthening Straps to the Wheel Plate Tube. Adjust these straps while seated in the cockpit with your feet resting on the pedals to prevent the frame from lifting off the ground when adjusting
WHEEL PLATE
**ANGLE ADJUSTMENT
**
Loosen the knob under the Wheel Plate, adjust to the desired angle and tighten to lock the Wheel Plate in place
DISTANCE ADJUSTMENT
Uninstall the 4 x bolts securing the Wheel Plate to the Wheel Plate Tube. B) Move the Wheel Plate forward (tall users) or back (short users). Bolt and secure in new position using the hardware previously uninstalled
BACKREST
ANGLE ADJUSTMENT
Pull both knobs on the Backrest Hinges outwards. Change the inclination of the
Backrest and release the knob. Make sure the pin is going all the way through
the inner plate to avoid damaging the frame.
HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
Press the spring-loaded pin and pull up or push down the top of the Backrest to choose your desired height.
BACK LEG
ANGLE ADJUSTMENT
Remove the bolts and nuts securing the Back Leg to the Main Frame. Choose any of the 3 different mounting holes and reinstall bolts to secure in place
FRONT LEG
HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
Simultaneously press the spring-loaded pins on the sides of the Front Leg and adjust the Main Frame up to increase the distance to pedals. Step on the Front Leg to anchor the cockpit while adjusting to prevent it from lifting off the ground
PEDAL PLATES – DISTANCE ADJUSTMENT
Loosen the ratchet handles securing the Pedal Plates in place. Adjust to the desired position and tighten the ratchet handles to prevent slipping while driving. Do not overtighten
REINFORCED LEGS
To increase the rigidity of your cockpit you can use one or both of the Packaging Straps to connect the Front Leg and Back Leg together.
FOLDING SEQUENCE
Disconnect all the straps before folding the cockpit
Undo the Hub’s cam levers and rotate anti-clockwise to allow the Hubs to spin freely. Grab the Wheel Plate tube and the top of the Backrest as shown
Fold the cockpit to the front. Position the Wheel Base close to the pedals as shown
Pull both Backrest reclining knobs outwards and completely release the Backrest from the hinge to allow free movement. Fold the Backrest all the way forward as shown.
Grab the Back Leg and push down gently to fold the Seat.
Use the Strengthening Straps to secure all parts together. Thread the straps through the Wheel Plate, Backrest and Pedal Frame
Close the Hub’s cam levers to secure the cockpit and prevent it from opening. B) Grab the Pedals Support Frame Tube and lift the cockpit until it is resting on the roller wheels. Move to the storage location
WARNING

- Spin the Hub’s cam levers clockwise to ensure the Hubs are fully tight.
- Make sure the strap on Wheel Bar is tight when adjusting the Hubs, otherwise, the Wheel Plate Tube will fall when the Hubs are open.
