- Please ensure T-Nuts are correctly placed within the extrusion.
- Lay out and build the cockpit on a level surface.
- The GTElite is a 2 person build.
- Do not force parts together.
- Avoid cross threading bolts.

ALUMINIUM EXTRUSION TIPS
- Please do not use power tools for assembly as over tightening can damage your frame.
- Please ensure T-Nuts are correctly placed within the extrusion.
- Lay out and build the cockpit on a level surface.
- Do not force parts together.
- Avoid cross threading bolts.
- If you require further support, consult the installation video or contact us at support@nextlevelracing.com
- The GTElite is a two person build with the complete cockpit a two person move.
- Beware of sharp edges on the extrusion pieces.
IMPORTANT: Place T-Nuts as shown in diagram below on the OUTSIDE of Left Base (Red dots are T-Nut placement)
01b Slide 8 x T-Nuts into the outside channel of the Right Base Member.
02 Align the threaded holes on the Front and Rear Base Members with the pre-drilled holes on the Right Base Member. Bolt through and secure with 4 x M8 Bolts and Washers.
03 Suggested 1 x Cable Management Clip installation into the top channel of the Rear Base Member.
04 Align the threaded holes on the Front and Rear Base Members with the pre-drilled holes on the Left Base Member. Bolt through and secure with 4 x M8 Bolts and Washers.
05 Slide 4 x T-Nuts into the bottom channels of the Base Assembly as shown.
06 Align the NLR Height Adjustable Foot with the T-Nuts previously
installed in Step 05.
07 Install the NLR Height Adjustable Foot into T-Nuts previously
installed in Step 05.
08 Align the tab on the NLR Height Adjustable Foot with the extrusion
channel.
09 Tighten the screw inside the NLR Height Adjustable foot with an Allen
Key. Install Rubber Plug.
10 A) Align the threaded holes on the Upright Connection Plates with the
holes on the Vertical Posts.
B) Bolt through and secure with 8 x M8 Bolts and Washers.
11 Align the Right Vertical Post assembly with the T-Nuts previously installed in Step 01b. Bolt through and secure with 4 x M8 Bolts and Washers.
12 Align the Left Vertical Post assembly with the T-Nuts previously installed in Step 01a. Bolt through and secure with 4 x M8 Bolts and Washers.
13 Install 2 x T-Nuts into the inside channels of both Vertical Posts (Red Dots show placement).
14a A) Remove protective layer on the Sticky Felt Pad and stick them on
to the Wheel Plate to prevent scratching when adjusting.
B) Align the Wheel Plate with the T-Nuts previously installed in Step 13. Bolt
through and secure with 4 x M8 Bolts and Washers.
14b Loosen bolts securing the Vertical Posts to the base. Adjust to your desired position and tighten bolts to lock in place. Loosen the bolts securing the Wheel Plate. Adjust to your desired height and angle using the alignment lines as a guide, tighten the bolts to lock the Wheel Plate in place.
15a Install 3 x T-Nuts into the top channel and 1 x T-Nut into the side channel of the Left Pedal Arm. Repeat the same steps for the Right Pedal Arm.
15b Align the through hole on the Pedal Arms with the hole on the Upright Connection Plates. Bolt through and secure with 2 x M8 Bolts, Washers, Square Washers and Flange Nuts.
16a Install 1 x T-Nut into the side channel of the Pedal Arm. Repeat for the other side.
16b Align the holes on the Upright Connection Plates with the T-Nuts previously installed in Step 16a. Bolt through and secure with 2 x M8 Bolts and Washers.
17 A) Align the Large Pedal Plate with the T-Nuts previously installed in
Step 15a.
B) Bolt through and secure with 4 x M8 Bolts and Washers.
18 A) Align the Small Pedal Plate with the T-Nuts previously installed in
Step 15a.
B) Bolt through and secure using 2 x M8 Bolts and Washers.
19 Loosen the Bolts on the Pedal Plates. Adjust to your desired position using the alignment lines and tighten the Bolts to lock in the Pedal Plates.
20 Align the holes on the Pedal Adjustment Fins with the T-Nuts previously installed in Step 01b. Bolt through and secure using 2 x M8 Bolts and Washers. Repeat on the other side.
21 Adjust the pedal assembly to your desired angle and align the T-Nuts previously installed in Step 15a with the holes on the Pedal Adjustment Fins. Bolt through and secure with M8 Bolts and Washers.
22 A) Install 2 x T-Nuts into the bottom channel of the front Seat Slider
Member for the Butt-kicker Mount Pole. Install 2 x T-Nuts into the top channel
of both Seat Slider members and attach Felt Pads to the bottom of the Seat
Slider Members.
B) Align the holes on the Seat Slider End Plates with the threaded holes on
the Seat Slider Members. Bolt through and secure with 4 x M8 Countersunk
Bolts.
23 A) Align the front seat slider assembly with the T-Nuts previously
installed in Step 01a & Step 01b.
B) Bolt through and secure with 2 x M8 Ratchet Handles.
24 A) Align the Rear Seat Slider assembly with the T-Nuts previously
installed in Step 01a & Step 01b.
B) Bolt through and secure with 2 x M8 Ratchet Handles.
25 Align the Seat Brackets with the T-Nuts previously installed in Step 22.
26a Bolt through the Seat Brackets and secure using 4 x M8 Bolts and Washers.
26b Slide the front Seat Slider member backwards and align the front slots on the Seat Brackets with the T-Nuts previously installed in Step 22.
26c Align the first rear slot on the Seat Brackets with the T-Nuts previously installed in Step 22. Bolt through and secure with 4 x M8 Bolts and Washers.
27 Align the holes on the Buttkicker pole with the T-Nuts previously installed in Step 22. Bolt through and secure with 2 x M8 Bolts.
28 Install 4 x T-Nuts into the outer channel of the Left or Right Vertical Post.
29 Align the slots on the bottom Shifter Mounting Corner Bracket with the T-Nuts previously installed in Step 28. Bolt through and secure with 2 x M8 Bolts and Washers.
30 Align the slots on the Upper Shifter Mounting Corner Bracket with the T-Nuts previously installed in Step 28. Bolt through and secure with 2x M8 Bolts and Washers. Leave bolts loosely tightened to allow installation of extra parts in the following steps.
31a Install 4 x T-Nuts into the top and bottom side channels of the Shifter Arm.
31b Install 2 x T-Nuts into the top channel and 2 x T-Nuts into the bottom channel of the Shifter Arm.
31c Install 2 x T-Nuts into the top inner channel of the Shifter Arm.
32 Align the T-Nuts previously installed into the Shifter Arm in Step 31b with the holes on the upper shifter arm bracket previously installed in Step 30. Bolt through and secure using 2 x M8 Bolts and Washers.
33 Align the T-Nuts previously installed into the Shifter Arm in Step 31b with the holes on the bottom Shifter Arm Bracket previously installed in Step 29. Bolt through and secure using 2 x M8 Bolts and Washers.
34a Align the curved slots on the Shifter Plate with T-Nuts previously installed in Step 31a & Step 31c. Bolt through and secure with 4 x M8 Bolts and Washers.
34b
A) Loosen the Bolts securing the Shifter Arm Brackets to the Vertical Posts.
Adjust to your desired height and distance.
B) Loosen the Bolts securing the Shifter Plate and adjust the assembly to your
desired angle. Tighten the Bolts to lock the Shifter assembly in position.
35 Align the holes on the NLR Tool Kit Holder with the T-Nuts previously installed in Step 31a. Bolt through and secure with 2 x M8 Bolts and Nylon Washers. Place Allen Keys in the Tool Kit Holder after use.
