INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Polaris 2024 RZR XP4 1000 Front Slim Line Light Mount
Thank you for choosing Rough Country for all your vehicle needs.
Please read instructions before beginning installation. Check the kit hardware
against the kit contents shown below. Be sure you have all needed parts and
know where they go.

answer any questions concerning this product. Check all fasteners for proper
torque. Check to ensure for adequate clearance between all components.
Periodically check all hardware for tightness.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTONS
1. If a roof is already installed, remove the roof per the instructions of
the roof.
2. Place two of the supplied spacers on top of each gusset in the front
corners of the roll cage. Line the spacer slots with the holes.
NOTE : Notches in spacers go to front of vehicle. See Photo 1.
3. Install the driver side light bar mount with the supplied 8mm hardware. Tighten with a 13mm wrench and 5mm Allen wrench. See Photo 2.
NOTE : If threads of the bolt interfere with a roof, orient the bolt heads to the top of the vehi-cle.
4. Repeat for other side of vehicle.
5. Install light bar using the hardware supplied with the light.
6. Wire the light bar to preference.

Product Usage Instructions
- If a roof is already installed, remove the roof per the instructions provided.
- Place two spacers on top of each gusset in the front corners of the roll cage. Align spacer slots with the holes.
- Install the driver side light bar mount using the supplied 8mm hardware. Tighten with a 13mm wrench and 5mm Allen wrench.
- Repeat the installation process for the passenger side of the vehicle.
- Install the light bar using the hardware provided with the light.
- Wire the light bar according to your preference.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: What should I do if the bolt threads interfere with a roof during
installation?
A: If the bolt threads interfere with a roof, orient the bolt heads to the top of the vehicle to avoid interference.
Q: Do I need any additional tools for installation?
A: The tools included in the kit (5mm Allen wrench and 13mm wrench) are sufficient for installation. No additional tools are required.
Q: How should I adjust the orientation of the spacers during
installation?
A: Ensure that the notches in the spacers are facing towards the front of the vehicle when placing them on top of each gusset in the front corners of the roll cage.
