Restrictions and Warnings

This device is not intended for use by children under the age of 6 or by persons with reduced physical, mental or intellectual abilities unless they have sufficient experience and knowledge of how to use the device and are supervised by a person responsible for their safety. Do not allow children to play with the device and its accessories. Do not drop or throw the device. Do not turn on or use a damaged device. If you have a pacemaker, oral diseases, or if you have just undergone oral surgery, consult your doctor before using the device. If your gums begin to bleed after using the device, and the bleeding continues for several days, contact your dentist. Each family member should use an individual brush head. Replace the brush head at least once every 3 months. Use only original replacement heads. The plaque remover is intended for use by adults only. If you are not using the device for a long time, charge it every 2–3 months to prevent deep discharge of the battery. Do not wash the device or its accessories in a dishwasher. Do not use chemical and aggressive detergents, abrasive pastes, products containing acids and solvents or metal sponges for cleaning.

Statuses of the Battery Charge Indicator

Color Status Meaning
Green On The device is turned on. Battery level is medium/high

The device is connected to a power supply. Battery is fully charged
Yellow| On| The device is connected to a power supply. Charging is in progress
Red| On| The device is turned on. Battery level is low
Blinking| The battery is fully discharged

Statuses of the Operating Mode Indicators

You can tell the current operating mode of the toothbrush by the steadily lit white indicator located above the name of the mode.

Power Button Functions

Preparing for Operation

Carefully open the packaging and remove the device and its accessories. Clean them (see “Cleaning and Maintenance”). Remove the protective cover from the brush handle (see Fig. C).

ATTENTION! The protective cover ensures that the micro-USB port is waterproof.
If the protective cover is removed, do not allow liquids to enter the port of the device.

Connect the device to a power source using a USB (A) / micro-USB cable. The battery charge indicator will light up yellow. When the indicator turns green, the battery is fully charged. Disconnect the device from the power source, and then disconnect the cable from the micro-USB port. Insert the protective cover into the device handle.

Choosing the Operation Modes of the Device

Turn on the device by pressing the power button once. Subsequent presses of the button will switch the operating modes. The last used mode is saved in the device settings the next time the device is turned on.

Operating Modes

  • “Soft”. Delicate, gentle brushing of the teeth. Recommended for brushing sensitive teeth, as well as for brushing children’s teeth.
  • “Clean”. Daily brushing. Recommended for standard brushing.
  • “White”. Teeth whitening. Recommended for people who smoke and drink tea or coffee often.

Operation

With the brush head. Install the head as shown in Fig. D. Wet the bristles of the brush head and apply the desired amount of a dental care product to the bristles.

Point the bristles toward the surface of the teeth at an angle of about 45°. Press the power button to turn on the device. Brush your teeth without putting too much pressure on the enamel. Every 30 seconds the device will notify you to change the cleaning zone by briefly stopping the vibration. Change the cleaning zone after each notification. After 2 minutes of operation, the device will turn off automatically.
With plaque remover. Install the attachment as shown in Fig. E. Point the metal end of the attachment toward the tooth surface at an angle of about 45°. Press the power button to turn on the device. Clean problem areas using gentle vertical strokes.

ATTENTION! Do not apply excessive force when using the plaque remover.
Careless use of the attachment can cause oral trauma as well as damage tooth enamel.

Every 30 seconds, the device will notify you to change the cleaning zone by briefly stopping the vibration. Change the cleaning zone after each notification. After 2 minutes of operation, the device will turn off automatically.
Note. Using a plaque remover cannot substitute professional oral hygiene at the dentist.

Cleaning and Maintenance

ATTENTION! Do not clean the device until it has been turned off and disconnected from the power source.
Rinse the device and accessories under running water. Then wipe dry.

Recycling information These symbols indicate that you must follow the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and Waste Battery and Battery Regulations when disposing of the device, its batteries and accumulators, and its electrical and electronic accessories. According to the rules, this equipment must be disposed of separately at the end of its service life. Do not dispose of the device, its batteries and accumulators, or its electrical and electronic accessories together with unsorted municipal waste, as this will harm the environment. To dispose of this equipment, it must be returned to the point of sale or turned in to a local recycling facility. You should contact your local household waste disposal service for details.

Troubleshooting

  1. The toothbrush does not turn on. Possible cause: the battery is discharged.
    Solution: charge the device (charging time – at least 4 hours).

  2. The device is connected to a power source but is not charging (the battery charge indicator is not lit). Possible cause: the device has not been used for a long time. Solution: connect the toothbrush to a power source and wait about 15 minutes. If the battery charge indicator does not light up, contact an authorized service center.
