Warning

  • Due to the large current during the charging process, to ensure safety, please do NOT pull out the battery directly
  • Always ensure that the battery is connected properly to the charger. Do not modify the charger or battery in any way and do not attempt to “force” charger function. Failure to follow these instructions may cause fire and or property damage.
  • If you notice any unusual situation during charging (such as a swollen battery), be sure to stop the charging cycle or disconnect power from the charger
Charging function

Single battery charging
When a single battery is connected and charging is started, the interface displays as shown below.
Function introduction

Charge two batteries

  • When two batteries of the same type are connected, that is, the type of the battery is the same as the number of battery cells, and the voltages of the two are close, the start-up charging can charge the two batteries at the same time, as shown below.
    Function introduction

  • When two batteries of the same type are connected, that is, the battery type is the same as the number of battery cells, but the voltage difference between the two is large, the steps after starting the charger are as follows.
    a) The type of connected battery is the same, but there is a large cell voltage difference.
    b) The lower voltage CHA battery will charge until its cell voltages are close to
the voltages of the CHB battery. The CHB battery will remain idle during this process.
    c) As the CHA current increases, its voltage gradually increases, and when the voltage is close to the CHB voltage, the CHA current gradually decreases.
    d) When the CHA current is lower than 5A, increase the CHB current.
    e) Two channels simultaneously increase current.
    f) Continue to charge until charging is completed.
Note: In this case, the channel with lower voltage will be activated first.Function introduction

  • When two different types of batteries are connected, that is, the battery type or the number of battery cells are inconsistent (see Section 4.3 to check the type and number of battery cells of the corresponding channel), the steps after starting charging are as follows:
    a) Connect two batteries of different types.
    b) Priority channel A starts charging first, channel B waits.
    c) Channel A’s current increases.
    d) Channel A completes charging, no trickle.
    e) After channel A completes charging, channel B starts automatically
    f) Channel B’s current increases.
    g) Channel B is about to be full, reduce the current.
    h) Channel B completes charging.

Note: In this connection condition, channel A is fixed and prioritized for charging, and there is no trickle state after full charging, while channel B has a trickle state when it is fully charged

Storage function

After connecting to the battery, long press the left button to start the storage mode.

This function must be connected to the balancing cable.

Single battery storage
When a single battery is connected and the storage function is activated, the charger automatically judges according to the battery voltage, charging when it is lower than the storage voltage, and discharging when it is higher than the storage voltage, and the interface is displayed as shown below.
Function introduction

Two battery storage

  1. When the voltage of the two batteries is lower than the storage voltage, the  working state of the charger can refer to Section 5.1.2, and the storage process is completed when the battery voltage reaches the storage voltage.

  2. When the voltages of the two batteries are higher than the storage voltage, the two channels of the charger discharge simultaneously until the storage voltage is completed, as shown in figure.

  3. When the voltages of the two batteries are one higher and the other lower than the storage voltage, the high-voltage battery is discharged and stored, and the low-voltage battery is charged and stored, as shown in figure.

Device settings

On the standby interface, long press the right button to enter the device setting interface, as shown below.

Firmware upgrade

    1. If you need to upgrade the firmware of the product, please use the USB cable in the box to connect the charger to a computer. During the update operation, you may need to connect to the Internet to automatically install the USB driver software.
  1. Press and hold the “Channel/Return/Start” button of the charger, then connect the charger to the power supply until the charger emits a “beep” sound, then release the button, double-click to open the upgrade software, and click the icon shown in Figure a) The “Update” button starts the upgrade, and the upgrade progress gradually increases, as shown in Figure c), until the progress shows 100%. After the verification is successful, the upgrade is completed, as shown in Figure d), the charger remains black during the upgrade process.
During the upgrade process, if the USB is pulled out, power off, etc., the upgrade will fail (the original version of the software has been cleared at this time), as shown in Figure b), repeat the above steps to restart the upgrade.

Troubleshooting

  1. Battery connection error reporting: Reconnect the battery and ensure that all connections are secure. If the error message continues to appear repeatedly, check all metal contacts and connections for oxidation or carbon buildup. This can prevent contact with the charger. Clean the contacts and try connecting again.
  2. If the charger displays an error, follow the on-screen prompts to remedy the error. If necessary, disconnect the battery from the output and balance ports, disconnect the power supply, and restart the charger.
