Dial the default code 0 – 0 – 0 – 0 by aligning the numbers on the Combination Dial with the Guide Line.
Insert a Flathead Screwdriver into the Reset Button and Push while turning it Clockwise.
Rotate the Combination Dial to the desired New Combination.
Insert a Flathead Screwdriver into the Reset Button and Push it while turning it to Counterclockwise.

Operation

Change the Combination Code

If this is the first time setting the Combination Code, dial the default code
0 – 0 – 0 – 0 by aligning the numbers on the Combination Dial with the Guide Line.
Note: If the Combination Code has been changed from the default code, dial the current Combination Code.
Insert a Flathead Screwdriver into the Reset Button and Push while turning it Clockwise. (Figure 1)
Rotate the Combination Dial to the desired New Combination.
Insert a Flathead Screwdriver into the Reset Button and Push it while turning it to Counterclockwise.

Note: Be sure to write down the new combination and keep it in a secure location away from the Laptop Lock.

Securing a Device

Wrap the Security Cable around a secure stationary object (i.e., a desk leg or table frame), then pull the Lock Head through the loop on the Security Cable. (Figure 2)
Enter the Set Combination by rotating the Combination Dial ensuring the correct code is aligned wit the Guide Line.
Press and Hold the Release Button then insert the Lock Tip into a compatible Security Slot. Let go of the Release Button.
Scramble the Combination Dial to a random combination.

Unlocking a Device

Enter the Set Combination by rotating the Combination Dial ensuring the correct code is aligned wit the Guide Line.
Press and Hold the Release Button. Pull the Lock Tip out of the Security Slot. Let go of the Release Button.
Scramble the Combination Dial to a random combination.
