Note
To charge 3 smart devices at the same time, please use a 9V/2A adapter (QC
2.0 or QC 3.0)and quick charge cable. Otherwise, you may not charge
smartphones or 3 smart devices at the same time, also it may damage the
wireless charger.

If you’re experiencing interrupted or slow charging, check the following:

The back of your devices should not have any metal, pop sockets, or credit cards.

Put the devices in the center of the charging surface (this lets the charging col in your devices line up with the one inside the wireless charger).

Check whether the adapter is a QC 3.0 fast charger.

if you’re failing to charge your device, please try out the following:

Please restart your cell phone and test with another Type-C charging cable.

Please check whether the indicator turns on or not.

Please check whether the Adapter is a QC3.0 Quick Charger (Output: SV/2A) or not.

Charging slow.

The phone is charging intermittently, or the indicator light flashes.
If the charging current is not enough, please use an adapter with sufficient power 9V/2A above. -
Charging fever.
It is normal for the receiving coil or transmitter board to generate heat during wireless charging. If the wireless charger is too hot, please take your devices off it, when the wireless charger is cooled down, please charge it again. -
The charger does not work.
Do not put metal debris or magnetic cards in the charging area. If the product does not work due to overheating. please take off the phone and charge it again when it is cooled down. -

TIPS
- This 3-in-1 wireless charging station only supports Apple Watch SS/S7/S6/SE S5/S1/S3/S2 /Ultra/Hermès. (Note: Apple Watch Series 1 is not supported)
- Do not charge the charging station of Apple products from the computer USB interface or other power converters.
- When charging, place the enabled device in the center of each wireless charging area.
- Make sure your device is in the middle of the cordless charger area.
- The silicone shell of iWatch and AirPods may cause abnormal charging. It is best to take it off before charging.
WARNING
- Avoid using the product at places that are wet, humid, or have high temperatures.
- Avoid dropping the product from high places.
- Do not disassemble the product by yourselves. Please contact us if necessary.
- Do not clean the product unless the unit is powered off.
- It is recommended to use an 18W or above adapter to charge 3 smart devices at the same time. All products brands and trademarks are property of their respective owners.
