1. Q: What should I do if the charger doesn’t work or charge devices intermittently?
   Please check the in the following ways:

2. 1. Please make sure your devices have a wireless charging function and can be charged wirelessly.

3. Please use the cable provided in the package.

4. Please check if the charging indicator light is on, if not, please unplug and reinsert the adapter and cable.

5. Please align your device’s coil to the charging center.

6. Update your device to the latest system and restart the device.

7. Q: What if charging is slow?

8. Please make sure to use the cable provided in the package.

9. Charging efficiency depends on the receiving power of your devices and it’s recommended to not keep your apps running when charging is slow.
