check the following:

•  the phone should not have any metal, pop-up outlets or credit cards on the back.

•  Place the phone in the center of the charging surface (this will align the phone’s charging coil with the coil in the wireless charger)

•  The SONY phone’s wireless charging coil is located just below the center.

•  The shell thickness can not exceed 5mm, in order to effectively charge.

•  Check whether the adapter is a QC3.0 quick charger. 2 if your device cannot be charged,
  please try the following methods

•  please restart the phone and test with another USB cable.

•  Check whether the indicator is on.

•  Please check whether the adapter is Qc3.0 fast charger (output:9V/2A). The original iPhone adapter does not match the wireless charger.

•  Please check the thickness of your case (<=5 mm). Metal rings or magnetic pads are not provided.
