Product Introduction

The wireless charger stand is compatible with your phone supporting wireless charging, Watch and AirPods [or other TWS earbuds the case of which supports wireless charging] and can charge them simultaneously. Say goodbye to the messy cords and use the stand to make your desk and nightstand neatly and organized. If you are annoyed by the LED indicator light, please tap the touch control key to turn the light off.

Operation Steps

1. Connect the charger to a 9V/2A, 9V/2.7A or 12V/2A adapter through a Type-C quick charging cable to switch on the power.
2. Put your phone on and charge.
3. Put the apple watch on and suck it up to charge (adjust the watch band to minimum length for better charging).
4. Put the charging case of your earphones on the earphone charging area to charge.

LED light ring instructions

• Green light is on: Standby mode or not charging the phone
• Blue light is breathing: Wireless charging the phone Blue
• Green light flash: Foreign body is detected or the phone is misaligned (the phone charging will automatically stop)

Attention

•  Please keep the charger away from water or other liquid.
•  If you need to clean the charger, please make sure it is not connected with the power source.
•  Using environment temperature remains 0-45 C.
•  Charging environment of smart phone will be s55 (s131°F).

Answer questions

Q1: if you’re experiencing interrupted or slow charging, check the following:

1.  The back of your phone should not have any metal, pop sockets, or credit cards.
2.  Put the phone in the center of the charging surface (this lets the charging9 coil in your phone line up with the one inside the wireless charger).
3.  The wireless charging coil on Sony phones is located slightly below center
4.  Phone cases should be no thicker than 3 mm for effective charging.
5.  Check whether the adapter is QC3.0 fast charger.

Q2: If you’re failing to charge your device, please try out the following

1.  Please restart your cell phone and test with other USB cable.
2.  Please check whether the indicator turns on or not.
3.  Please check the Adapter is QC3.0 Quick Charger (Output:9V/2A) or not, iPhone original adapter does not match this wireless charger.
4.  Please check whether the thickness of your Phone case is less than 3mm and no metal ring or magnetic pad interference.

Q3: If you’re using the recommended wireless charger with the QC3.0 Adapter and have removed any potential charging obstructions, but are still experiencing issues, try:

1.  Replacing the cable connecting your the wireless charger.
2.  Rebooting your phone.
3.  Unplug the adapter and reinsert. All products names and trademarks are property of their respective owners.
