IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Reading this user manual carefully before use.
- Do not store the wireless charger in a high-temperature environment and avoid heat caused by intense sunlight or other forms of heat.
- Do not place the wireless charger in fire or other exces- sively hot environments. Exposure to fire or temperature above 212F (100°c) may cause explosion.
- Do not use the wireless charger in excess of its output rating. Overloading output above rating may result in a risk of fire or injury.
- Do not expose the wireless charger to rain or snow.
- Do not modify, repair or disassemble the wireless charger.

Warming Note
- This wireless charger only supports Apple watch 2 and 2 up versions, not support the Samsung watch and Apple watches series 1.
- It is recommended to charge your iPhone with a MagSafe case to get an optimal charging experience. But if your iPhone case is a common protective case – without MagSafe function, make sure take off the common protective case when charging, otherwise, it will not charge.
- Do not power the wireless charging station from the computer or other devices. For fast charging, make sure to use the 18W QC3.0 adapter to power the wireless charger.
- When charging, make sure all devices are located in the center of the charging induction zone.
- Make sure the AirPods case has a wireless charging function.
- Not powering when cleaning the charger.
- When removing the iPhone, gently move the iPhone along the placement while holding the dock. This will prevent other devices from shifting.
- It is normal and safe to hear a humming noise in a calm environment. It means that this charger is adjusting its temperature to achieve a more efficient charging speed.
Problems You May Occur
If the LED light flashes and the wireless charging dock doesn’t work, how to deal with this problem?
- Make sure your device supports the Qi wireless charging function as the Applicable Devices of the instruction mentioned.
- Check if you use the 18W QC 3.0 adapter to charge the charger.
- Test with other Type-C cables.
- Check if the phone is charged with a case. If yes, take off the case to charge.
- If still not work, feel free to reach us.

- Make sure use a case that supports magnetic wireless charging.
- If the case do not support magnetic wireless charging, remove to charge.

Why my devices can not fully charged?
- Check whether the cable is well connected.
- Change the cable of the charger.
- Check if you use the included 18W QC 3.0 adapter to charge.
