1. Please use the QC3.0 adapter included in the package.
2. Please pay attention to the following devices which are not compatible
   • Not for: Galaxy A,M,J,Tab Series and the phones without wireless charging.
   • Not for: AirPods 1& AirPods2 Without wireless charging case
   • Not for: Apple Watch and GearSport/$3/$2/ S/Live/2/1/Galaxy Gear FiUFit 2/Fit, and other Brand Watch.
3. Avoid thick phone case(>5mm) The Multi-layer like Otter-box defender series, Pop-sockets, Cardholder etc between the wireless charger and the devices may lead the device poorly or fail to charge your devices.
4. Please note the following tips when charging your devices.
5. Lift the watch charger to the top to avoid falling off.
6. Turn off the breath light to protect your sleep.

FAQ

1.  If you’re experiencing interrupted or slow charging, check the following:
2.  The back of your phone should not have any metal, pop sockets, or credit cards.
3.  Put the phone in the center of the charging surface (this lets the charging coil in your phone lineup with the one inside the wireless charger) The wireless charging coil on Sony phones is located slightly below the center.
4.  Phone cases should be no thicker than 5 mm for effective charging.
5.  Check whether the adapter is QC3.0 fast charger.

If you’re failing to charge your device, please try out the following:

1.  Please restart your cel phone and test with another USB cable.
2.  Please check whether the indicator turns on or not.
3. The wireless charging coil on Sony phones is located slightly below center.
4.  Phone cases should be no thicker than 5 mm for effective charging9
5.  Check whether the adapter is QC3.0 fast charger.
6. If you’re using the recommended wireless charger with the QC3.0 Adapter and have removed any potential charging obstructions, but are still experiencing issues, try this:
7. Replacing the cable connecting your wireless charger.
8. Rebooting your phone.
9. Unplug the adapter and reinsert.
10. charging is still slow. The mobile phone itself or the external receiving coil allows the wireless charging current to be different, or the application running consumes a lot of power when the mobile phone is charging. it is recommended to reduce or close the application.
11.  The phone is charging intermittently, or the indicator light flashes. If the charging current is not enough, please use an adapter With sufficient power 9v/2A or 18W above.
12.  Charging fever. t is normal for the receiving coil or transmitter board to generate heat during wireless charging. if the Wireless charger is too hot, please take your phone off it, when the wireless charger is cooled down, please charge it again.
13. The charger does not work. Do not put metal debris or magnetic cards on the charging area. If the product does not work due to overheating. please take off the phone and charge it again when it is cooled down.

1.  Avoid using the product at places that are wet, humid or have high temperature
2.  Avoid dropping the product from high places.
3.  Do not disassemble the product by yourselves. Please com t us if necessary.
4.  Do not clean the product unless the unit is powered off.
5. It is recommended to use 18W or above adapter to charge 3 smart devices at the same time.
