QUICK START GUIDE

FIRST USE OF EARBUDS

Place the two earbuds into the charging case and then fully charge the case and earbuds before first use. The recommended charging time is 1-2 hours.

TURN ON/OFF

  1. The earbuds will turn on automatically when taken out of the charging case
  2. The earbuds will turn off automatically when placed back in the charging case with the lid closed

AUTOMATIC PAIRING FIRST TIME

AudioPlus TWS will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode when turned on for the first time.

Please note: AudioPlus TWS will remember the last device paired and if the device is within Bluetooth range, AudioPlus TWS will automatically search and pair with the device.

UNPAIRING YOUR DEVICE

Long press both earbuds for 5 seconds. The earbuds will manually disconnect and unpair from current device.

CHARGING THE EARBUDS

Charge the earbuds by placing them into the charging case and carefully aligning the wireless contacts on both the earbud and case.

LED indications on left and right of the charging case battery LED indicator bar will illuminate while charging the earbuds.

LED indicators will turn off when earbuds are fully charged.

CHARGING THE CASE

Charge the case with USB-C cable or by placing the case on a compatible wireless charger.

For wireless charging, the case must be kept upright.

CHARGING CASE BATTERY LED INDICATOR

4 white lights on: Battery 100%
3 white lights on: Battery 75%
2 white lights on: Battery 50%
1 white light on: Battery 25%

Power on: The earbuds turn on when the charging case is opened.

Power off: The earbuds turn off when they are placed back in the charging case.

Pairing: After taking the earbuds out of the charging case, the left and right earbuds will automatically power on and connect to each other. The light on the right earbud will blink to indicate pairing mode. Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone/music device*. Open your list of Bluetooth devices, select “AudioPlus TWS” and pair.

Unpairing your device: Long press both earbuds for 5 seconds. The earbuds will manually disconnect and unpair from the current device.

Answering phone calls: Tap any earbud to answer an incoming call.

Ending phone calls: While in a call, tap any earbud to hang up.

Reject a phone call: When a call is incoming, long press both earbuds to reject the call.

Pause/play: During audio playback, tap any earbud to pause or play.

Smart play/pause: Earbuds automatically pause once removed from ears, and will resume play when reinserted.

*If you are not familiar with Bluetooth pairing for your mobile phone or music device, refer to the user guide for your mobile phone/music device for instructions to pair a new device using Bluetooth.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Q: Only one earbud is working.

A: Place both earbuds in their charging case and close. Next, open the case and commence using the earbuds again. This will prompt them to reconnect.

Q: The case is not charging via cable.

A: Check that the charging cable is plugged in at both the case end and the adapter. If it is still not charging, try replacing your charging cable.

Q: The case is not charging via wireless charger.

A: Ensure the charging case is placed upright with the wireless charging coil aligned to the charging pad. If the case is still not wirelessly charging, try slightly adjusting it on the charging pad until the LED lights indicate charging mode.

Q: The charging case is not charging the earbuds.

A: Generally this means that the case is out of charge. This can be confirmed by checking the LED indicator on the front of the case. Charge the case as per the instructions provided.

Note: The earbuds will turn off automatically after five minutes if they are not paired with any device via Bluetooth. Likewise, earbuds will enter standby mode to save power if no incoming audio source is received for five minutes. When battery capacity is less than 20%, user will hear a “battery low” voice prompt.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

IMPORTANT: AudioPlus TWS must be cleaned regularly to maintain full functionality.

To clean, lightly dampen a cloth with water to clean the exterior. Ensure that all debris is removed from the earbud opening.

If this product is not used for a long period of time, it’s recommended to recharge it at least once a month to extend its life and maintain the normal battery performance.

Keep the product in a dry location.

Do not dispose of this product in fire as batteries may explode or leak.

Do not disassemble this product. It contains no user-serviceable parts.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFO

  1. Protect your earbuds from excessive force, such as drops and collisions
  2. Do not charge your case near water, due to risk of electric shock
  3. Please do not discard the product in a fire or other high temperature environments
  4. Unplug the charging cable during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time
  5. Avoid listening at excessive volume levels or for prolonged periods
  6. Use only original accessories, accidents caused by the use of other accessories will not be covered by the warranty
  7. For best results, when charging through USB-C port, we recommend using a 5V charger

CONSUMER GUARANTEE

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Your AudioPlus TWS Earbuds are warranted to the original owner for 24 months from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. The warranty does not cover misuse of this product and liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product.
