Product Usage Instructions

1. Remove the top (2) Allen head bolts in the rack using a 4mm Allen wrench. See Photo 1.
2. Install the bracket onto the top of the rack aligning the slots to the mounting holes. Secure using (2) supplied lock washers and (2) supplied 8mm x 25mm Allen head bolts. See Photo 2.
3. Place in each of the (2) outer mounting holes (1) supplied flat washer and (1) supplied 8mm x 25mm Allen head bolts using a 4mm Allen wrench. See Photo 3.
4. Secure each bolt using (1) supplied flat washer and (1) supplied nylock nut and snug each of the bolts using a 4mm Allen Wrench and an 11mm socket. See Photo 4.
5. Install the remaining bracket on the opposite side using the corresponding supplied hardware. See Photo 5.
6. Place the awning onto the brackets per the instructions included with the awning and adjust as needed.
7. Secure the awning to the brackets using the supplied flat washers and nuts. Adjust the awning to be level and tighten the bolts.
8. Tighten the awning nuts.
9. Fully extend the awning and ensure that setting up and packing up functions correctly.

Torque Specification

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Remove the top (2) Allen head bolts in the rack using a 4mm Allen wrench. See Photo 1.
2. Install the bracket onto the top of the rack aligning the slots to the mounting holes. Secure using (2) supplied lock washers and (2) supplied 8mm x 25mm Allen head bolts See Photo 2.
3. Place in each of the (2) outer mounting holes (1) supplied flat washer and (1) supplied 8mm x 25mm Allen head bolt using a 4mm Allen wrench. See Photo 3.
4. Secure each bolt using (1) supplied Flat washer and (1) supplied nylock nut and snug each of the bolts using a 4mm Allen Wrench and an 11mm socket. See Photo 4.
5. Install the remaining bracket on the opposite side using the corresponding supplied hardware. See Photo 5.
6. Place the awning onto the brackets per the instructions included with the awning and the following instructions for adjustment. See Photo 6.
7. Secure the awning to the brackets using the supplied flat washers and nuts. See Photo 7.
8. Adjust the awning to the rack and the height of the awning and that it is level to the rack. Tighten the bolts using a 4mm Allen wrench and a 10mm wrench and reinstall the bed rack end cap. See Photo 8.
9. Tighten the awning nuts. See Photo 9.
10. Fully extend the awning and ensure that setting up and pack up functions correctly. See Photo 10.
