Product Usage Instructions

Recharging the PowerBank

  1. Connect the PowerBank to the USB charger or computer using the provided USB charging cable.
  2. The LED display will turn on, and the last digit will start flashing during charging. A green light will indicate fast charging.
  3. Unplug the charging cable once charging is complete.

Charging Your Devices

  1. Connect your devices to the USB ports of the PowerBank using certified USB charging cables.
  2. The PowerBank can charge up to three devices simultaneously and will automatically detect the optimal charging speed.
  3. For fast charging capable devices, the green LED light will turn on. Note that fast charging is disabled when two or three devices are charged simultaneously.
  4. Disconnect the charging cable when charging is finished.

Low Power Mode

  1. Low Power Mode optimizes charging for low-power devices like wireless earphones and smartwatches.
  2. To activate Low Power Mode, press and hold the button for 2 seconds. The LED display will show a spinning 0 once activated.
  3. Low Power Mode does not work while the PowerBank is being charged.
  4. To exit Low Power Mode, press and hold the button for 2 seconds, or it will automatically exit after two hours of charging.

User Tips

  • The PowerBank will shut down automatically when depleted and can be charged by a connected phone if its battery level is zero.
  • It is normal for the PowerBank to get warm during charging or discharging; it will cool down after use.
  • Unplug the charging cable once charging is complete.
  • Low Power Mode cannot be used while the PowerBank is charging.
  • To preserve battery lifespan, use and recharge the PowerBank at least once every 4 months.

  • Q: What should I do if the PowerBank does not charge my devices?
    A: Make sure you are using certified USB charging cables and that the devices are compatible with the PowerBank’s output specifications. Try connecting one device at a time to see if it charges.

  • Q: Can I charge the PowerBank and use it to charge devices simultaneously?
    A: The user manual specifies that Low Power Mode is not supported if the PowerBank itself is charged while in use. It is recommended to charge the PowerBank separately from charging devices.

Using Your Product

Recharging the PowerBank

  1. Connect the PowerBank to the USB charger or computer with the provided USB charging cable.

  2. When a fast charging capable device (supporting PD, QC, SCP, FCP charging protocols) is connected, the Green LED light will turn on. Fast charging mode is disabled when two or three devices are charged simultaneously.
  3. Unplug the charging cable when charging has completed.

Low Power Mode

  1. Low Power Mode optimizes charging for low power devices such as true wireless earphones and smart watches.

  3. Low Power Mode is not supported if the PowerBank itself is charged while in use.
