Product Usage Instructions
Assembly Instructions
Follow the steps below to assemble the product
- Fasten the table to the fastening assembly using Phillips B (4) 5x30mm screws.
- Fasten the rail to the power head assembly with A (2) Phillips 6x50mm screws.
- To install the handle, remove the pre-installed hex head screws on the power assembly.
- Insert the handle and align the holes in the handle with the holes in the power assembly.
- Replace and tighten the hexagonal socket screws in their original sockets.
Blade Adjustments
To hone the blade, follow these steps
- Push the handle down until the blade is open 6mm/1/4.
- Place a flat surface of the grinding stone on the blade and slide edge to edge 2 to 3 times.
- This removes the small burr that forms when cutting hard products.
For blade sharpening and replacement, contact after-sales service for appropriate instructions.

- Make sure tool is secure. Operate only on a firm substrate or solid stand.
- Use the right tool. Do not push the cutter and do not use it for work for which it is not intended. This tool is designed to cut: residential grade/low-pressure laminate flooring, engineered wood flooring, vinyl composite tile, PVC tile, fiber cement board siding, vinyl siding, and pressboard lap siding. (*see Cut Guide).
- Keep the blade sharp. A dull blade will not perform properly.
- Always keep hands away from the blade while operating or carrying the tool.
- Do not alter or misuse this tool. It is manufactured with precision; modifications not specified in this manual may result in dangerous conditions.
- Maintain with care. Follow the instructions for cleaning, lubricating and changing accessories.
- Use only recommended accessories. The use of improper accessories may cause hazards or injury.
- Never leave the cutter unattended. Secure the handle with the safety lock when not in use (*see Cuts).
- Warning: the dust generated by cutting certain wood, wood fiber and/or PVC products can be injurious to your health. The laminate cutter generally does not produce any dust; however, minimal dust may be generated. Avoid ingesting dust generated during cutting.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Note! #2 Phillips head screwdrivers will be required. Hex key and hex screws are enclosed.
- Fasten the table to the fastening assembly using Phillips B (4) 5×30 mm screws.
- Fasten the rail to the power head assembly with A (2) Phillips 6×50 mm screws.
- To install the handle, first remove the hex head screws (pre-installed on the top of the power assembly).
- Insert the handle and align the holes in the handle with the holes in the power assembly. (Make sure that the recesses in the handle are aligned with the screw holes in the power assembly for proper placement of the handle)
- Replace and tighten the hexagonal socket screws in their original sockets. (The screws should tighten easily if properly aligned (hardware kit C)
Blade Adjustments
Honing the Blade
Push the handle down until the blade is open 6mm/1/4″. Place a flat surface of
the grinding stone on the blade and slide edge to edge 2 to 3 times. This
removes the small burr that forms when cutting hard products.
Blade Sharpening & Blade Replacement
The blade can be sharpened several times before a replacement blade is
necessary. Replace with the appropriate blade (contact after-sales Service).

Blade Adjustment Instructions

Unscrew and remove the adjustment plate screws.

Tighten both adjustment plates by 1 or 2 holes.
Note! The pitch on each lifting screw is 0,125 mm. The adjustment on both plates must be the same. -
Cut a piece of paper to ensure that the tool is set up correctly.
Cuts
Caution! Make sure you wear hand and eye protection during operation.
- While gently pushing the handle down, slide the safety catch inwards and then lift the handle. Important: Hold the material firmly in place to ensure a clean precision cut.
- Place the material to be cut on the table. Bring the handle down until the blade touches the material. Warning! The blade is very sharp. Keep fingers away from the blade.
- Press the handle completely down to cut the material.
- The safety lock must be placed in the locked position after you have completed the work.
Warning! Disabling the reset function on the safety lock is potentially
dangerous.
Important! After every 500 cuts, it is recommended to lubricate the driving
sleeve with 10W-30 engine oil from above after removing the black caps. This
will prevent premature wear of the machine.
