Description of Noise and Vibration
The following typical values are reached as per EN60745:
Noise: 82/93dB
Measured variable: K=3dB

**** Please use ear protectors!

Specific radiation values of the machine are measured and compared as per test conditions EN 60745 and also used for preliminary assessment of vibration and noise produced in operation. Those specific radiation values involve main application of electric tools. If the electric tools are used for another process, or with another tools together or without proper maintenance before operation, then the noise and vibration will increase when the tools in service. To make the estimated value more precise in special period, please take the idle and block-up time into account, which may significantly decrease operation load of the machine.

Power Connection and Start-up

Power voltage shall be in line with the rated voltage on nameplate. Press down and push forwards the slide switch (1.2) to locking position to start the machine. Re-press the button, loosen the locking position and place in OFF to shut down the grinding machine.

Machine Settings

Please unplug and turn off the power before you make any adjustments or repairs on the grinding machine.
Grinding Movement
You can adjust (1.1) and set two grinding modes.
With fixation of the grinding pad, eccentricity movement can be changed to rotational movement. For security, the switch shall be under off state.

Eccentricity and rotational movement mode (rough grinding and polishing)
Eccentricity and rotational movement mode is a combination of rotation movement and eccentricity movement. The selection of this mode can realize rapid rough grinding and polishing. Put the rotary switch (1.1) at the place with the dot direction arrow.
Eccentric motion (finely grinding)
Gear grinding speed is slow, but can effectively remove scratches.
The rotary switch (1.1) placed it clearly pointing to the position of arrows.
Selection and installation of the grinding pad
According to the difference of material surface’s quality that needs to be treated, there are three grinding pads with different hardness to choose
Hard: Surface in coarsely grinding and edge in grinding
Soft: used for plat surface and curved surface in coarsely grinding and fine grinding
Super soft: used for the finely grinding and forming parts, curved surface, and corners, can not be used for edge in grinding.
Quick installation system of the grinding pad:
-With the help of screwdriver to unscrew 4 screws, (2.2) take the grinding pad off
-Place the new grinding pad aligning with corresponding holes with the help of screwdriver to tighten 4 screws (2.2.).
