Usage Warnings

  • Never open more than one loaded drawer at a time, othewise the unit may tip over.
  • Do not overload the drawers. Apply the brake when stationary.
  • Close all drawers before moving and always push cabinet, never pull.
  • Push Trolleys at speeds so you can turn Trolley at wil.
  • Do not move Trolley with items on top.
  • Too much weight in front of drawers can cause unít to tip forward.

Usage Instructions

  1.  DO NOT leave the Trolley on a slanted ground or push down stairs.
  2. DO NOT use a motor vehicles to pull the Trolley.
  3. DO NOT use the Trolley in extreme humidity or in high acidic environments.
  4. DO NOT hit the working surface with heavy tools.
  5. DO NOT exceed the weight limit of 250Kg Small Drawers load capacity up to 25Kg Medium Drawers load capacity up to 35Kg Large Drawers load capacity up to 35Kg

Operating lnstructions

  1. To pull or push the Trolley, securely hold the Trolley and release the castor brake.
  2. Insert the key into the key hole and turn key 180° to lock or unlock the drawers.
  3. Each drawer has its own locking system on the right side of the Trolley. To open the drawers, push locking lever beneath handle to the left.
  4. To remove the identification strip, use a screwdriver and loosen the screws (note: do not undo screws completely), remove the stop block and remove the strip and mark strip to identify the tools in the drawer (see page 6 for more information).
  5. The Trolley is equipped with a castor and brake. Plush down on the brake to activate and pull up to deactivate.

Drawer Identification Card Replacement

To make the cabinet tilted or dawn to the ground, as show in pictures use hex key to unscrew the fastening casters bolt counterclackwise. Remove the broken casters, to install new casters as shows in picture. As show in picture (, use hex key to tighten the screws clockwise ,and fix the casters.
