Clearing Error Alarms:
All Titan ball machines come with a smart troubleshooting device that displays alarm codes in case of internal errors. Follow the steps below to clear error alarms: -
Alarm 4 – Horizontal Motor Initialization Failure:
Switch the machine power off. Check for any stuck balls inside the base unit that may be jamming the horizontal motor. Clear any obstructions and restart the machine. -
Alarm 5 – Height Motor Initialization Failure:
Ensure the green transport strap, used during shipping, has been removed. Check if the height motor can tilt freely within its range of motion. -
Alarm 6 – Feeder Motor Connection Issue:
Turn off the machine and inspect the connection between the control panel and the feeder motor. The feeder motor is located under the black hopper disk. -
Alarm 8 – Overheated Horizontal Motor Driver:
Allow the machine to cool down for 3 minutes before restarting. -
Alarm 9 – Overheated Height Motor Driver:
Let the machine cool down for 3 minutes before restarting. -
Alarm 10 – Service Motor Start-Up Failure:
Check for any trapped balls inside the base unit that may be causing a blockage. Clear obstructions and restart the machine. -
Alarm 11 – Stalled Service Motor:
Turn off the machine, remove any stuck balls, and restart the machine.

Titan Alarm Codes
All Titan ball machines are equipped with a smart troubleshooting device that can detect any internal errors within the machine. If an error is detected an alarm will activate and the alarm code will be displayed on the machine screen. Follow the instructions outlined below to clear the error alarm. If the alarm error does not clear please contact customer support for help.

Alarm 4 The horizontal motor initialization has failed because the horizontal motor is not able to oscillate (turn side to side) within its full range of motion.

Switch the machine power off. Check if any balls are stuck inside the machine base unit. Balls trapped inside the base unit can get jammed against the horizontal motor and stop the delivery wheel frame turning side to side.

Alarm 5 The height motor initialization has failed because the height motor is not able to tilt within its full range of motion.
Check if the green transport strap has been removed. This green strap is only required whilst in transit at time of shipping. -
Alarm 6 The feeder motor is not connected.

Switch the machine power off. Check if the wires connecting the control panel to the feeder motor are well connected. The feeder motor is located under the black hopper disk. It turns the disk that drops the balls into the delivery chute.

Alarm 8 The horizontal motor driver has overheated.

Turn the machine off for 3 minutes and then restart.
