Please read this document by taking a few minutes to make best use of your device. It’s using to chop onion, pepper, tomato etc. It cut the vegetables like size of rice without water.

INSTALLATION AND OPERATION INFORMATION

When transporting the device, take precautions to prevent the product from falling or tipping over.

Place the device on a flat and stable surface.

Do not install the device near flammable or explosive substances and do not store any flammable or explosive substances near the appliance.

For installation, choose a suitable location where you can easily perform periodic maintenance of the device.

Make sure that the socket you are using is grounded before operating the machine.

Adjust the location of the water outlet (drain) pipe before operating the machine.

Choose the tap with a high pressure for the boiler water inlet.
IMPORTANT: If necessary, pre-clean the potatoes before throwing them into the machine. Never operate the machine for an extended period of time. -
Shape of cables if the device is working with 380v
i. Two black / red brown end PHASE
ii. Blue tip NEUTRAL
iii. Yellow-green tip should be connected as EARTHING
iv. If there is missing connection in the phases, the device will run noisy.
v. If the blue lead NEUTRAL cable is connected to the PHASE, your device will be damaged. -
The device is out of warranty in the event of such electrical connection faults.

Do not leave the plug plugged in after the potato stripping has finished.
PERIODIC CARE
- When cleaning your machine, make sure that the plug is not plugged in.
- Thoroughly clean the bottom of the drum and the bottom of the drum after each peeling process.
- Rinse and dry with water until you are sure that there are no potato peels and debris in the boiler.
- Make sure that the electrical installation does not come into contact with water during operation and cleaning.
- Perform the periodic cleaning of the machine every 15 days.
- In case of any failure, please contact our technical service. Do not interfere with the device.
- Wash thoroughly with water before use. You can do this by running idle for about 2 minutes.
- Do not put more potatoes into your machine than you can. The required time for peeling is 1.5-2 minutes. You can set this from the time clock. If you run the machine more than necessary, the potatoes will become too wet and will cause the product to deteriorate and increase the waste rate.
