USE AND CARE GUIDE

– Before first use, wash the cookware with hot water and a mild detergent.
– Never heat an empty pan.
– Do not use abrasive sponges or pads for cleaning.
– Do not use metal utensils in the cookware as these may damage the nonstick coating.
– Always handle the cookware gently on ceramic or induction cookers,pulling or pushing may scratch the cookware surface.

Warranty period: 12 months global warranty from the Date of Purchase.
Provided any difference, please subject to the terms of your local market.
What is covered (following correct using method):
Spare parts

• Handle(Knob) break/crack/loose upon received.
• Glass Lid shattered upon received and during usage.
• Stainless steel rim dented.

Pots and pans

• Pots or pans dented upon received.
• Pots or pans can’t be used on the Induction Cooktop.
• Nonstick coating scratched/gouged.

What is not covered: Inappropriate way of using
Eg. Decreased non-stick properties due to dry burning and etc.

QUICK TIPS

Cook only with a low/medium flame(below 250 C/482 F) to avoid burning of food, wastage of energy, and discoloration of surface. Always let cookware cool down before washing in cold water. Always dry the cookware carefully after use. For protecting the pan, please always apply light amount oil. Avoid stacking without protection. If necessary, place a soft cloth or paper towel in between pans to prevent scratches. Always handle the cookware gently on ceramic or induction cookers, pulling or pushing may scratch the cookware surface. Always place the cookware in a safety place to prevent the falling and damage of it. Please always put the pan in the center of induction zone for a better cooking experience when using induction stove. Do not heat empty cookware as it may damage nonstick performance. Do not use wire brushes, corrosive detergents or abrasive scourers to clean the product. Never cut food with the knife in the pot or pan. Use silicone or wooden cooking utensils and avoid metal.
