Cautions for connecting electric power to the product.

 Do not use if the power cord is damaged, loose, or vibrates.

  • Cord damage may cause electric shock, fire or malfunction. Please make sure to contact the customer service center.

Do not use the power plugs of multiple products into one outlet, and use the outlet alone.

  • It may cause electric shock or fire.

 Do not pull out the power cord (wire) of the power plug or touch it with wet hands.

  • Always hold the power plug with your dry hands and remove it. There is a risk of electric shock and fire.

Wipe with a dry cloth before use when foreign substances (dust, water, etc.) get on the terminals and contact parts of the power plug.

  • Do not wipe with a wet cloth. It may cause electric shock, fire or malfunction.

Do not bend or pull the power cord forcibly and be careful not to be pressed by heavy objects.

  • It can cause electric shock and fire due to cord damage. Please check the status of the power cord from time to time.

 When not in use for a long time, drain the water completely and then unplug the
power plug.

  • It may cause electric shock, fire or water leakage. There is a risk of internal contamination such as foreign substances and odors.

 Make sure to unplug the power plug when cleaning, washing, or leaking.

  • There is a risk of electric shock or malfunction. In case of leakage, please contact the customer service center after locking the raw water valve.

Be sure to remove the power plug during product repair and inspection filter replacement.

  • There is a risk of electric shock and malfunction. Please use it after taking action.

Cautions for use of the product

 If water leaks from the inside of the product or leakage around the product, be sure to unplug the power plug and contact the customer service center.

  • It may cause electric shock or fire.

 Do not place heavy objects, electric heaters, water cups, chemicals, metals, glassware, etc. on the product.

  • There is a risk of product malfunction, damage, fire or personal injury.

 Please change the filter according to the filter replacement cycle.

  • If you use a filter that has passed the replacement cycle, it may cause deterioration of water purification performance and the generation of odors and foreign substances.

 When cleaning the product, be sure to turn off the power and do not use benzene or thinner to clean it.

  • It may cause product damage or safety accidents.

 Avoid installation in places where the temperature drops below 0℃.

  • It may cause product malfunction or water leakage.

 Do not attach other products or objects to the side or back of the product within 10 cm.

  • It may not make ice or cause overheating or malfunction.

 If there is dust or water on the blade of the plug or the contact part of the blade, clean it well.

  • There is a risk of fire.

 Do not disassemble or modify the product body.

  • It may cause fire, electric shock or malfunction.

 Do not lean on the product or subject it to physical shock.

  • There is a risk of product deformation, damage or injury.

 Use only the designated genuine filter.

  • It may cause the smell of water, deterioration of water purification performance, or malfunction.

  • Order of general beverage dispensing

    1. Select cold water, hot water, carbonated water, or ice on the first screen.
    2. When moving to screen 2, select from cold water, hot water, carbonated water, and ice.
    3. As the color of the selected beverage changes, the beverage is dispensed by volume.
    4. When the water discharge is completed, it moves to the second screen.
  • Order of manufactured beverages

    1. Select the manufactured beverage on screen 1.

    2. If you go to screen 5, select one of the 4 beverages, and when the option selection is completed, press “Next” to start.

    3. When the message to put the cup in the ice spout appears on screen 6, put the cup in the correct position and press the OK button.

    4. Screen 7 appears and ice is discharged.
      If a certain amount of ice is dispensed or the stop button is pressed, the dispensing stops and go the the screen 8.

    5. (5) When screen 9 appears, the beverage is dispensed.
      If a certain amount of ice is dispensed or the stop button is pressed, the dispensing stops and go the the screen 1.

How to change the filter

  •   Filter
    The most important part of a water purifier is the filter. If a non-genuine filter or even a genuine filter is used for too long, the filter performance may deteriorate and water purification may not be performed properly. Please replace with a genuine filter according to the replacement cycle.
    For filter replacement and purchase, please contact where you purchased and installed.

  • Filter replacement cycle
    If the filter is not changed regularly, the water quality from the water purifier may deteriorate. The expected filter replacement cycle may vary depending on the raw water quality or the amount of purified water usage.Filter| Filter name| Effective purified water

  • About Filter Replacement Cycle
    The expected filter replacement cycle is calculated based on an appropriate standard in consideration of the water quality of the water supply and the effective water purification amount is the minimum processing capacity when used. Regular filter replacement is required to drink clean water, and if you use an end-of-life filter, the performance of the water purifier will be degraded, so please keep the filter replacement timing.

Replacing the filter

  1. Close the raw water supply valve.
  2. Insert the key into the lock on the left side of the product and turn it clockwise. Pull the handle forward to open the door.
  3. Remove the PE tube connected to the filter.
  4. Replace the used filter with a new one.
  5. Put the new filter back in place and connect both PE tubes.
  6. After pushing the door to the main body, turn the key counterclockwise and remove the key.
  7. Prepare a bowl and open the raw water supply valve.
  8. Touch cold water on the touch screen to drain 10 liters of water.

Make sure to use the new filter after washing (flushing) the filter.
Insufficient filter cleaning may affect the taste of water or cause foreign substances.

How to wash

Before cleaning the product, please read the following information.

  1. 1. When cleaning, be sure to disconnect the power plug from the outlet.

  2. Do not spray or wash the product directly.

3. Be sure to clean and keep it clean at all times.
  * Water stains and fungi and bacteria reproduce, causing health problems. In addition, there is a risk that the generated water stains or bacteria may be mixed into the cup with ice or water.

Caution

  1. When cleaning, use clean hands and clean dishcloth.
  2. Do not use polish, powder soap, thinner, benzene, and alkaline detergents as they may damage the paint or plastic.

How to clean

  1. Unplug the power cord from the back of the product.
  2. Wipe the exterior with a clean, soft cloth and neutral detergent.
  3. Remove dust from the back side using a vacuum cleaner.
  4. Separate the drip tray cover from the drip tray and wash the drip tray with clean water. Please wipe with a soft cloth.

How to replace syrup

Replace the syrup

  1. Insert the key into the lock on the left side of the product and turn it clockwise. Pull the handle forward to open the door.

  2. With the door open, check the handle (black and long shape) of the syrup holder located at the bottom and pull it forward.

  3. Place the replacement syrup box on the top of the syrup holder, and take the syrup pouch opening out of the box.

  4. Please check the syrup connector number inside the beverage machine, connect it to the inlet of syrup box.

  5. When the connector is connected, place the syrup box inside the beverage machine.

  6. Close the syrup holder, push the door to the main body, turn the key counterclockwise, and remove the key.

How to replace carbonated gas cylinder

Replacing the carbonated gas cylinder

  1. If the carbonated gas cylinder is empty, it is displayed on the touch screen.
  2. Insert the key into the lock on the left side of the product and turn it clockwise. Pull the handle forward to open the cover.
  3. Close the gas valve of the carbonated gas cylinder. (CLOSE direction)
  4. Take out the carbonated gas cylinder at the bottom of the product to the front.
  5. Remove the PE tube and turn the regulator counterclockwise to loosen it.
  6. Replace the used carbonated gas cylinder with a new carbonated cylinder.
  7. Connect the PE tube after fixing the regulator by turning it all the way.
  8. Open the gas valve of the gas cylinder little by little to check the leakage and open the valve. (open direction)
  9. Place the carbonated gas cylinder in place.
  10. Turn the key counterclockwise and remove the key after pushing the cover to the main body.
  11. Touch the carbonated water on the touch screen to check if the carbonated water comes out well.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Some troubles may be fixed simply just by following the troubleshooting procedures. However, if the troubles are not fixed even with that, contact the service center.

  • Is there a power outage?

When carbonated water does not come out well|

  • Is the raw water valve open?
  • Is the power connection good?

  • If it is closed, leave to open and use it.
  • Insert the power plug into a dedicated outlet.

When hot water does not come out well|

  • Did you use it with the hot water switch on the back “OFF”?
  • Is the hot water touch button turned off?
  • Did you use a lot of hot water at once?

  • Set the hot water switch to “ON” and use it.

  • unplugging the power plug.
    Please wait for a while.

When the noise is loud and abnormal|

  • Is the floor where the product is installed weak or unstable?
  • Is the back of the product touching the wall?
  • Is there any object on the back of the product?

  • Make sure the floor where the product is installed is firm and straight.
  • Please leave a little space on the back of the product from the wall.
  • Make sure there is no object on the back of the product.

When all operations suddenly stop during operation|

  • Is the product overflowing or leaking water?

  • After unplugging the power plug, close the raw water valve and contact the A/S center.

When the ice doesn’t come out|

  • Is ice being made?
  • Is the water outlet blocked?
  • Is the ice hardened in the container because it has not been used for a long time?

|

  • Use after some ice has accumulated.
  • Clear the clogged ice at the water outlet
  • Turn off the power and use it again after the hardened ice has completely melted.
    ※If the ice does not come out continuously, contact where you purchased.

Product warranty

  • This product is released through strict quality control, inspection and testing.
  • This product will be repaired free of charge if a malfunction occurs within one year from the date of purchase.
  • Repair will be done at a cost for the following cases after the warranty period:
    1. In case of malfunction or damage due to user’s carelessness (moving, falling, impact, excessive operation, etc.) after installation.
