LUXPOWER Inverter Dongle

Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Insert Dongle and Power On
Insert the dongle into the inverter and power on the inverter.
Step 2: Connect Phone to Dongle Hotspot
When the WiFi LED on the dongle starts blinking, connect your phone to the
dongle hotspot named as dongle SN B****.
Dongle Local Connect Guideline
The local connect setting function for dongle is designed for the situation where the inverter is set up without a network connection.
The required equipment includes: dongle ,inverter and smart phone.
Follow the steps below to proceed with the setting.
Step 1: Insert the dongle to the inverter and power on the inverter.
Step 2: When the WiFi LED starts blinking,then connect your phone to the dongle hotspot which generally named as dongle SN “B****”.
Step 3: Open the Luxpowerview APP, then click the “LOCAL CONNECT” and select “TCP Connect”.(In the IOS version, there is no “Local Connect Type” setting.)
Step 4: Wait for the dongle SN and device SN to appear on the overview page , then set page is available for device configuration.
Step 5: Click the “READ ALL” first before changing the settings.

Q: What should I do if the WiFi LED does not blink?
A: Make sure the dongle is properly inserted into the inverter and try
restarting both the inverter and the dongle.
Q: Can I use a tablet instead of a smartphone for this setup?
A: Yes, as long as the tablet has the Luxpowerview APP installed and can
connect to the dongle hotspot.
