2. SAFETY INFORMATION

Mentally handicapped people and children should stay away from the machine in order not to cause any accident. Good must not be clean with a wet cloth while it is connected to the power supply or electricity.
Do not open back body lid when it has electric connection.
Do not store inflammable or explosive materials in the area when machine working.
Do not use without hand safety kit.
Do not insert your hand to the meat mincing chamber. Use the knob for pushing meet pieces. Otherwise our company is not responsible.

3. SETUP

The electrical wiring connected to the device must be prepared according to the legal regulations before installation of the device.
Place the machine in a way to stand it on four feet.
Remove the transparent nylon on the machine and check and sure the fit of mirror, knife, helix and bracelet.
Make sure that there is no foreign body in the meat setting chamber.
When your machine connect electricity, it will be ready to use.

4. TRANSPORTATION

The electrical connection of the device must be disconnected before the transport.

5. OVERHAUL – REPAIR AND USAGE

Intended Purpose and Usage Area
It is using for mincing meet in the kitchens of the enterprises Touristic places, industrial kitchens, butchers, big markets, restaurants, catering kitchens etc. Body and feet allow the device to operate silently and vibration-free. There is no need for costly maintenance by means of the quality of the materials used in production.

Warnings
Do not use out of purpose.
The device must be used by persons who have knowledge of safety requirements and who have read the user manual. Watch out for using bracelet, mirror, helix and knife when you are using machine. (Please be careful when you do that process otherwise our company is not responsible) Helix is washable and other parts clean with wet cloth. It should not be used for anything other than the meat. (Bone, metal, wood, or livestock etc.) Switch button should use with dry hands. Machine must close and switch must be in the 0 position after using. Ask the service for help in case of device malfunction. Do not interfere other than authorized service.
The machine should be rest for 10 minutes in every 1 hour. Otherwise, damage to the motor and the gear unit will occur.
We device the operate in environments with a temperature between -5 and +40 degrees and max %65 humidity rate.

INFORMATION ON USAGE ERRORS
Machine cannot work while lid is open. Put the knifes in device and you can start the use machine after closing lid for set the time.

DAILY MAINTENANCE
Make sure that you disconnect the electricity with machine before cleaning.
Open the loaf (bracelet) using with apparatus delivered to you.
Pull it out mirror, spiral shaft and a knife. Be careful not to cut your hand while removing the knife.
Wash it with hot water at 30-40 degrees after cleaning the mirror knife and spindle rough. You should not replace without confirming the dryness of the parts. Clean the outside surface with the soaked wet cloth without touching any electrical part of device. Do not touch with water in the body of the machine.
Do not apply cleaning with wet cloth to areas where the lower part of the device, the electrical control unit, and the engine compartment, even if there is no electricity. Be careful not to let water come in.

PERIODIC MAINTENANCE
Electrical system of the device, knife and knife connection device and maintenance of electric motor of machine must check by technical service several times in a year. Periodic maintenance must be performed by the service once a year. During maintenance, mechanical parts control of the machine, sound control, gear oil control, electrical system control and general maintenance checking. If you notice any of these situations before periodic maintenance, call your nearest authorized service center.

SPARE PARTS
If the recommended conditions of use are provide, the life of the device is ten years.
