Product Usage Instructions

Step 1 – Bluetooth Inverter Connection

To begin the setup process, follow these steps:

1. Log into the Solis Cloud App and select the Service icon.
2. Select the Local Operation menu item.
3. Select the Connect with Bluetooth option.
4. Choose the inverter by serial number.
5. Log into the inverter (First time users must create a password).
6. Select the Settings icon to start the inverter Quick Setup.

Step 2 – Quick Setup the Inverter

Follow these steps to complete the setup:

1. Select Quick setting in the inverter menu.
2. Set the time by selecting Follow Phone Time and then click Next Step.
3. Select the required battery model and click Next Step.
4. Select the Meter/CT Setting option and choose between Meter or CT. Click Save.
5. Select the Grid Code option, choose South Africa, NRS097, and click Save. Then click Next Step.
6. For Work Mode:
   • Select Self use Mode and enable Self use Mode switch.
   • If Time of Use is required, enable the Time of use Switch.
7. Select Next Step to complete the setup successfully.

• Step 1.1: Log into the Solis Cloud App then select the “Service “icon

• Step 1.2: Select the “Local Operation” menu item

• Step 1.3: Select the “Connect with Bluetooth” option

• Step1.4: Select the inverter by serial number.

• Step 2.1: Select Quick setting in the inverter menu
• Step 2.2: Set the time by simply selecting “Follow Phone Time”.
• Step 2.3: Battery model selection, Select the required battery model
• Step 2.4: Select the “Meter/CT Setting” option as seen in image 2.4.1
• Here you can select between a “Meter” or “CT” as seen in image 2.4.2
• Step 2.5: Grid Code Selection for NRS097
  • Select the “Grid Code” option
  • Select “South Africa” option
  • Select “NRS097” option

Step 2.6: Work Mode

• 2.6.1a: Select Self use Mode and enable Self use Mode switch
• 2.6.1b: Enable the Time of use Switch if Time of Use is required.

• Allow Grid Charge can also be selected as seen below (1), if required.
• Reserve Battery Switch can be switched on if you require the need to reserve the SOC at a certain percentage
• Battery Reserve (3) the reserve percentage is the SOC set for reserve for when in back up mode.
• Grid Charging Power Limit (4), you can set the watt rate the grid must charge the battery.
