SolisCloud Software
SolisCloud Product Information and Usage Instructions
SolisCloud is an online platform that allows you to manage and monitor your solar power plants. It provides real-time power information, daily yield, and alarm notifications. Here are the steps to use SolisCloud:
Registration
To use SolisCloud, you need to register first. Follow these steps:
- Open your web browser and go to https://www.soliscloud.com/
- Click on “Sign up now” to register
- If you are an installer, register as an organization. If you are an owner, register as an owner.
Adding a New Plant
To add a new plant to SolisCloud, follow these steps:
- Click on “Plant Overview” and then “Add plant”
- Add the owner and visitor information
- Enter the basic information of the plant
- Click on “Create a plant” at the bottom to create a new plant
- You can bind datalogger to the new plant by opening single plant and clicking “Add datalogger”
Viewing Plant Information
To view plant information, follow these steps:
- Click on “Plant Overview” to see the list of plants
- Click on “Data” to view and edit plant data
- Click on “Device” to view and manage inverter and datalogger
Managing Users and Organizations
To manage users and organizations, follow these steps:
- Click on “Service” and then “Organization manage”
- Click on “New organization” to create a new organization
- Click on “Add member” to create an account for a new member
- You can accept the member’s application and choose a proper role for them
Generating Reports
To generate reports, follow these steps:
- Click on “Report” and then “Plant report” or “Electricity report”
- Choose the type of report you want (daily, monthly, annual, cumulative)
- Select the plants you want to include in the report and set a time range
- Click on “Export” to generate the report
Register a account
Open Web: https://www.soliscloud.com/
Step 1: Click “Sign up now” , to jump to the “register” interface.
Step 2: If you are a installer, you need register as organization; If you are a owner , you need register as owner
Add a new plant
Step 1: Click “Plant Overview > Add plant” , to jump to the “Add Plant” interface.
Step 2 : Add Owner and Visitor
Step 3: Enter Basic information of plant.
Step 4: Click “Create a plant” at the bottom. Then you will get a new
plant.
Bind the datalogger
When you add a new plant, you can bind datalogger to the new plant.
Besides, you can conduct the following steps as below: Open single plant, click “Add datalogger”
View plant information
Click “Plant Overview”, to jump to the plant list interface, on which information such as power installed, real-time power, daily yield, and alarm is displayed.
Click“data”, to jump to the plant data interface. view and edit plant data.
Click“Device”, to jump to the device interface. view and manger inverter and datalogger.
Relate the the owner to plant
When you add a new plant, you can relate the the owner to the new plant.
Besides, you can open single plant, click “Modify the information”

Add sub-leve organizations
Step 1: Click “service -> Organization manage -> New organization”
Step 2: Fill in information in right side -> create organization
Notes:
- Please ensure that the representative’s full name of the sub-level distributor is completely correct because it will be used for authentication.
- An email will be sent automatically to the email address you filled in
Add member for your organizations
Step 1: Click“ service -> Organization manage -> Add member”
Step 2: Fill in information in right side -> Create an account
Notes:
- There are 6 types of account role. You can check the differences on the page of “Role profile”.
If your member registered account on the website or APP as a member user, you can accept his application and choose a proper role for him.
Add member for your organizations
- Step 1: Click “Report -> plant report
- Step 2: Choose “Daily Report ”or “Monthly Report ”or “Annual Report ”or “Cumulative Report” -> selected plants, and set a time range -> Click “Export”
Get plant report
- Step 1: Click“ Report -> electricity report
- Step 2: Choose “Monthly Report” or “Annual Report ”or “Cumulative Report” -> set a time range -> Click “Export”
