Option A
Desk Frame Only | DESK-E4B/W
NOTE: This SKU does not include a desktop

a. Desk Frame Only [DESK-E4B/W]

STEP 1
Attach Right Crossbars (F) to Motorized Legs (C) and Left Crossbars (E) to Non-Motorized Legs (D) using M6x11mm Screws (S-A) tightening with 5mm Allen Wrench (T-B).

STEP 2
Attach Motorized Legs (C) to Non-Motorized Legs (D) using Side Brackets (H), M6x11mm Screws (S-A), and 5mm Allen Wrench (T-B)

STEP 3

1. Loosen the coupling nut on Sync Rods (I).

2. Insert the hex shaft end into the Non-Motorized Legs (D). Ensure all of the legs are at the same height.
   If they are not, rotate the sync rod clockwise to raise and counterclockwise to lower the legs.

3. Extend the Sync Rods (I) onto Motorized Legs (C).

4.  Tighten the coupling nuts, then tighten the sets screws on the end of Sync Rods (I) using the 2mm Allen Wrench (T-A).

STEP 4
Slide Middle Crossbars (G) into the Left and Right Crossbars (E,F) making sure the slots on Crossbar are facing inwards towards the motors on Motorized Legs (C).

CAUTION
Be careful not to extend the Crossbars (G) past the Max markings when adjusting for your desktop.

STEP 5
Place the frame assembly of your desktop (not included) and secure using ST5x15mm Screws (S-B) tightening with a Phillips screwdriver or drill.

Install the M6x11mm Screws (S-A) into the Left and Right Crossbars (E,F)and tighten using the 5mm Allen Wrench (T-B) to secure the crossbar location.

STEP 6
Secure the Power Adapter (J) and Control Panel (K) to your desktop using ST5x15mm Screws (S-B)and a Phillips screwdriver or drill.

STEP 7

1. Connect the Extension Cables (L) to the cable on the Motorized Leg (C) furthest from the Control Panel (K).
2. Connect the motor cable from the closest leg, Extension Cable (L), and cable from Power Adapter (J) to the Control Panel (K).
3. Connect Power Cable (M) to the Power Adapter (J).
4. Remove the protective film from Cable Clips (N) and apply them to the desktop to aid in organizing cables.

b. Desk Frame + Desktop (DESK-KIT-E4BB/WW)

STEP 1
Attach Right Crossbars (F) to Motorized Legs (C) and Left Crossbars (E) to Non-Motorized Legs (D) using M6x11mm Screws (S-A) tightening with 5mm Allen Wrench (T-B).

STEP 2
Attach Motorized Legs (C) to Non-Motorized Legs (D) using Side Brackets (H), M6x11mm Screws (S-A), and 5mm Allen Wrench (T-B).

STEP 3

1. Loosen the coupling nut on Sync Rods (I).

2. Insert the hex shaft end into the Non-Motorized Legs (D). Ensure all of the legs are at the same height.
   If they are not, rotate the sync rod clockwise to raise and counterclockwise to lower the legs.

3. Extend the Sync Rods (I) onto Motorized Legs (C).

4. Tighten the coupling nuts, then tighten the sets screws on the end of Sync Rods (I) using the 2mm Allen Wrench (T-A).

STEP 4
Slide Middle Crossbars (G) into the Left and Right Crossbars (E,F) making sure the slots on Crossbars are facing inwards towards the motors on Motorized Legs (C).

CAUTION
Be careful not to extend the Crossbars (G) past the Max markings when adjusting for your desktop.

STEP 5
Layout the Outer and Middle Desktop Panels (A,B) as shown with the pilot holes facing up.
Press Wooden Dowels (S-C) into the sides of Middle Desktop Panel (B) and then slide the Outer Desktop Panels (A) over the Wooden Dowels (S-C) closing the gap.
Secure the Panels together using Connecting Plates (O) and ST5x15mm Screws (S-B) tightening with a Phillips screwdriver or drill.

STEP 6
Place the frame assembly on top of the desktop assembly and secure using ST5x15mm Screws (S-B) tightening with a Phillips screwdriver or drill.

Install the M6x11mm Screws (S-A) into the Left and Right Crossbars (E,F) and tighten using the 5mm Allen Wrench (T-B) to secure the crossbar location.

STEP 7
Secure the Power Adapter (J) and Control Panel (K) to the desktop using ST5x15mm Screws (S-B) tightening with a Phillips screwdriver or drill.

STEP 8

1. Connect the Extension Cables (L) to the cable on the Motorized Leg (C) furthest from the Control Panel (K).
2. Connect the motor cable from the closest leg, Extension Cable (L), and cable from Power Adapter (J) to the Control Panel (K).
3. Connect Power Cable (M) to the Power Adapter (J).
4. Remove the protective film from Cable Clips (N) and apply them to the desktop to aid in organizing cables.

Control Panel Instructions

Operating Instructions

Height Adjustment
Press and hold either the or buttons to raise or lower the desk.
Saving Height Settings
To save a preferred height setting for easy recall, press the button until the display flashes. Then press any of the numbered buttons and the current height will be programmed to that button.
To return desk to a saved height, press the corresponding button. The desk will automatically begin raising or lower to saved height.

Reset Procedure

To perform a desk rest, press and hold the button for 5 seconds, then the display will show RES.
Continue holding until the desk is in the lowest position, then raises slightly. The desk is now reset.

Advanced Settings

Change Displayed Unit (UN)
Long press the button until the screen shows S–, then release button. Short press again and the screen will display UN. Short press to select. Use the arrow keys to switch between SI (metric) and In (imperial/inches). Short press to save your selection.
Collision Force Detection (CF)
Long press the button until the screen shows S–, then release button. Short press again and the screen will display UN. Use the arrow keys to switch to CF, then short press to select. Use the arrow keys to switch between four different collision detection sensitivities: OFF, L (low), N (normal), or H (heavy). Short press to save your selection.

Troubleshooting

check connections, then plug the desk in again.
E20| Overload Protection: Alarm will sound if the weight capacity is exceeded.| Remove a few items from the desk and try operation again. Continue to remove items until alarm no longer sounds.
E02| Rebound Protection| Check for any obstructions that would hinder raising or lowering the desk. Follow Reset Procedure.
E32| Over Voltage Alarm| Unplug the desk from it’s power source and check connections, then plug the desk in again.
E31| Under Voltage Alarm| Unplug the desk from it’s power source and check connections, then plug the desk in again.
E60| Uneven Legs| Unplug the desk from it’s power source and check to see if legs are the same height.
If uneven, refer to STEP 3 in the assembly portion, then restore power.
