ASSEMBLY STEPS
STEP 1
Cut the shipping tie from Arm (A) while firmly holding the two halves close
together. Slowly release the pressure and allow it to gradually open up to
reach full extension.
STEP 2: Option A – Desk Clamp
Assemble Upper Clamp (B) to the underside of Arm (A) using M6x12mm Screws
(S-C) and 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A). Place Pad (F) to bottom of Upper Clamp (B).
Loosen bolts on Lower Clamp (C) using 6mm Allen Wrench (T-B). Turn Clamp over and place Support Plate (H) over bolt ends.
Slightly loosen back side screws on Lower Clamp (C), allowing 6mm to be exposed. Slide Lower Clamp (C) into the appropriate keyholes of Upper Clamp (B) based on desktop thickness. Use lower holes for desktops 50-85mm (2” to 3 3/8”) thick, and upper holes for desktops 10-58mm (3/8” to 2 1/4”).
Secure screws on Lower Clamp (C) using 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A). Tighten lower bolts on Lower Clamp (C) to secure to desktop using 6 mm Allen Wrench (T-B).
Proceed to Step 3 at the bottom of Page 5
Option B – Grommet
Assemble Grommet Plate (G) to under side of Arm (A) using M6x12mm Screws (S-C) and 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A). Apply Pad (F) to Grommet Plate (G).
Remove Bolts (C1) from Lower Clamp (C) using 6mm Allen Wrench (T-B). Insert one Bolt (C1) into middle hole of Support Plate (H).
If you are using an existing grommet hole, ensure that it is at least 10mm (3/8”) in diameter and no more than 60mm (2 3/8”). Desktop should be between 10mm-48mm (3/8” to 1 7/8”) . For desktops without an existing grommet hole, use a 3/8” (10mm) drill bit to drill through desktop.
Place mount asembly over grommet hole and secure to desktop using Support Plate (H), Bolt (C1), and 6mm Allen Wrench (T-B).
Connect VESA Plate (D) to Arm (A) using Spacer (S-A), M8x25mm Screw (S-B), and 6mm Allen Wrench (T-B). Ensure that hexagon side of space is facing upward towards VESA Plate (D). Remove Thumbscrew (D1) from back of VESA Plate (D). Separate Front VESA Plate (D2) from Back VESA Plate (D3). Set aside.
Connect Front VESA Plate (D2) to back of Monitor using appropriate Screws (M-A, M-B), M5 Washers (M-C), and a Phillips Screwdriver.
To mount the monitor, begin by lining up the tabs on Front VESA Plate (D2) with the slots on Back VESA Plate (D3). Insert tabs into slots and re-install Thumbscrew (D1) into Back VESA Plate (D3) to secure.
While holding the arm in the horizontal position, adjust the gas spring tension using 6mm Allen Wrench (T-B).
CAUTION – To avoid damage to the monitor and mount, always keep the arm in a horizontal position while making adjustments.
How to adjust if…
ARM DROPS – If the arm drops, turn the adjustment screw counter clockwise until it holds the monitor in a horizontal position.
ARM RISES – If the arm raises up, turn the adjustment screw clockwise until it
holds the monitor in a horizontal position.
Remove Cable Cover (A1) from Arm (A) by sliding it forward. Route cables and
replace Cover (A1).
Place Clamp Cable Clip (E) onto backside of assembly for additional cable
management. 4mm and 6mm Allen Wrenches (T-A, T-B) can be stored in slots for
future adjustments.
To keep mount stable, do not extend arm fully behind desktop edge.
Adjust the tilt using the 6mm Allen Wrench (T-B).
Adjust the monitor position as desired.
