Product Usage Instructions
Assembly Instructions
- Lay leg assemblies on their sides.
- Place the front panel on the legs.
- Attach braces to the inside of the legs.
- Secure with carriage bolts and tee knobs.
- Stand the cart upright.
- Ensure the ignitor wire is connected to the ignitor.
- Place the grill bottom onto supports with the control panel overlapping the front panel.
- Secure with carriage bolts and wing nuts.
- Attach the lid to the grill bottom with hinges and hitch pins.
- Attach the handle to the lid with a machine screw and metal wing nut.
Parts to assemble:
- 2 Leg Assembly
- 1 Front Panel
- 2 Side Support Brace
- 4 Carriage Bolt, 2”
- 4 Plastic Tee Knob
- A. Lay leg assemblies on their sides.
- B. Place the front panel on the legs.
- C. Braces attach to the inside of legs.
- D. Secure with carriage bolts and tee knobs.
NOTE: To prevent scratching, lay the grill on packing material to assemble
Parts to assemble
- 1 Back Support Brace
- 4 Carriage Bolt, 2”
- 4 Plastic Tee Knob
- A. Turn the assembly upside-down.
- B. Secure back brace and side braces to legs with carriage bolts and tee knobs.
Parts to assemble:
- 1 Tank Support Bracket
- 2 Wheel
- 2 Axle Bolt
- 2 Hitch Pin
- 2 Leg Extender
- A. Insert axle bolts through wheels, left legs, and bracket. The bracket fits inside the legs.
- B. Secure with hitch pins in ends of axle bolts.
- C. Push leg extenders into right legs.
Parts to assemble:
- 1 Grill Bottom Assembly
- 4 Carriage Bolt, 1¼”
- 4 Metal Wing Nut
- A. Stand the cart upright.
- B. Make sure the ignitor wire is connected to the ignitor.
- C. Place grill bottom onto supports. The control panel overlaps the front panel.
- D. Secure with carriage bolts and wing nuts
Parts to assemble:
- 1 Vaporiser Bar
- 1 Cooking Grate
- A. Place the vaporizer bar onto the two inner support ridges at each end of the grill bottom. The bar should rest between the outer support ridges. See the inset below.
- B. Place cooking grate onto grill bottom.
Parts to assemble:
- 2 Side Shelf
- 8 Carriage Bolt, 2”
- 8 Crown Fasteners
- A. Place shelves onto legs (curved edge inward).
- B. Secure with carriage bolts and crown fasteners.
Parts to assemble:
- 1 Grill Lid
- 1 Handle
- 1 Machine Screw, 1¾”
- 1 Metal Wing Nut
- 2 Hinge Pin
- 2 Hitch Pin
- A. Attach lid to grill bottom with hinge and hitch pins.
- B. Attthe ach handle to the lid with a machine screw and metal wing nut.
Parts to assemble:
- 1 Tank Retainer Wire
- 1 Carriage Bolt, 1¼”
- 1 Plastic Tee Knob
- A. Attach retainer wire to left side brace with a carriage bolt and tee knob. Leave loose.
Parts to assemble
- 1 LP Gas Tank
- LP tank is shipped empty. Fill and leak check before attaching to grill and regulator.
- A. Center LP tank on support bracket with collar opening to the front.
- B. Slide the retainer over the tank collar and tighten the tee knob.
CAUTION
- Tank collar opening must face to the front of cart once the tank is attached.
- Failure to install the tank correctly may allow the gas hose to be damaged in operation, resulting in the risk of fire

- 1 Grease Clip
- A. Hang grease clip beneath grill bottom.
Parts to assemble:
- 1 Grease Cup
- A. Attach grease cup to grease clip.
CAUTION: Failure to install the cup in the clip will cause hot grease to drip from the bottom of the grill with a risk of fire or property damage.
