Product Usage Instructions

Assembly Steps:

1. Leg Assembly:

   • Lay leg assemblies on their sides.
   • Place front panel on legs.
   • Attach braces to the inside of legs.
   • Secure with carriage bolts and tee knobs.
   • Leave tee knobs loose on the right side.

2. Grill Bottom Assembly:

   • Stand cart upright.

   • Ensure ignitor wire is connected to the ignitor.

   • Place grill bottom onto supports with the control panel
     overlapping the front panel.

   • Secure with carriage bolts and wing nuts.

   • Press control knobs onto valves.

3. Lid Assembly:

   • Attach lid to grill bottom using hinge and hitch pins.
   • Attach handle to lid with two metal wing nuts.
   • Snap logo plate into the lid.
