Product Usage Instructions
Dongle Pairing:

Clear pairing list on dongle:
Hold button until LED turns purple. -
Clear pairing list on headset:
When headset is turned off, hold power button until ‘Pairing list cleared’ voice prompt. -
Go to Pre-Pair tab.

Connect dongle and headset to the same PC.

Wait for ‘Green’ connection status.

Press ‘Pre-Pair Headset and Dongle’.
-
Wait for message ‘Remove USB cable from headset’.
-
Remove USB cable from headset.
-
Wait for dongle light to turn blue.
-
When dongle LED is blue, press ‘Press when Dongle LED is blue’.

Play audio from the PC (From web player, music player or similar).
- Make sure the dongle is chosen as the sound device in Windows.
- Listen for audio.

If music is playing in the headset, press ‘Pairing complete’.

FAQ
How do I know if the pairing was successful?
When the dongle LED turns blue and you hear the ‘Pairing complete’ message,
the pairing is successful.
Dongle pairing
Before starting, the pairing list shall be cleared in dongle and headset.
Clear dongle: Hold button until LED turns purple.
Clear headset: When headset is turned off, hold power button until
‘Pairing list cleared’ voice prompt.

Connect dongle and headset to the same PC.

Wait for ‘Green’ connection status.

Troubleshooting: Dongle does not turn blue
* Check if headset is turned on.
* Remove dongle from PC and connect to PC again.

Play audio from the PC (From web player, music player of similar…). Make sure the dongle is chosen as sound device in windows. Listen for audio.
