AceZone ApS A Rise Headset

About
At AceZone, we encourage our users to update to the newest version to get
the best possible experience. The latest update (version 1.5.0) includes
Bluetooth bug fixes.
Downloading the App
To download the app:
- Go to the webpage and click on “xxx” to start the download.
- If prompted with a download warning, choose to download anyway (Keep).
- If using Chrome browser, extract the .zip file and open “AceZone_A-Rise_APP_1.5.0.exe”.
- If using Edge browser, a window may come with a blue warning box. Press “More info” and then press “Run Anyway”.
Update
Once the app is open, you are ready to update. Follow the on-screen guide,
making sure to:
- Disconnect the headset from the PC (USB) and turn off the headset.
- Press the Start button in the app.
- Connect the headset to your PC using the USB cable.
- After the headset is connected, the update will start automatically if a new firmware version is available.
- The update usually takes 10-15 seconds.
- Once the update is done, your headset is now ready. You can close the updater app.

Troubleshooting
If the update is unsuccessful and your headset becomes unresponsive, you may
experience the following issues:
- No sound in the headset
- Button press not recognized
- LED only ON in right side

- Updater program crashed during update
To fix an unresponsive headset:
- Connect the headset to the PC.
- Open the updater tool (“AceZone_A-Rise_APP_1.5.0.exe”).
- Press Start in the updater tool.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
