How do I view my members - using filters/search/reports?
This guide will show you how to view and search for members within your clubs and use the filters and reports as a club administrator
This guide will cover:

Log into your ` My BG account ‘ using your email address/username and password
Once you have logged in, click on the ` menu ‘ button in the top left corner
Once you have clicked on the menu tab, scroll down to the ` My Club ‘ section
Under this section there is a ` members ‘ tile, click this to view your members
To view a specific member, you can use the search bar to search by name or British Gymnastics membership number or any other identifiable information
Please note- you will need to use the complete information, e.g. complete membership number
Use the ` filters ‘ section on the left-hand side of the screen to alter and narrow down your search for specific member
Select the basic details option within the ` filters ‘ list
The first option within this drop down is filter by ` Date of Birth ‘
Select a date range within the calendar drop down
This will show any members with a date of birth in this range
Search for members within an age range by entering a minimum and maximum age in the relevant boxes
You can adjust this search by dragging the circles left or right across the line
To filter your search by **County** ‘ select either one or multiple counties and select done ‘
This will then show a list of members whose registered address falls within the county/counties selected
Within the additional details section of the filters list, select the first question, ` Which role(s) best describes your involvement in gymnastics? ‘
Once you have selected the ` Which role(s) best describes your involvement in gymnastics? ‘ You can choose one or multiple of the roles listed
Click ` done ‘ and the list of members with the relevant roles will appear
Please note- this is how your members define themselves and is not linked to any qualifications or system permissions
Filter your search results by `Discipline’
Within the additional details section of the filters list, select the second question, ` Which discipline(s) are you currently involved in? ‘
Once you have selected ` Which discipline(s) are you currently involved in? ‘
You can choose one or more of the disciplines listed
Select ` done ‘ and the list of members currently identified within the relevant discipline(s) will appear
Filter your search results by `Representation’
Within the additional details section of the filters list, select the third question ` When competing, which country do you represent? ‘
Once you have selected ` When competing, which country do you represent? ‘
You can choose one of the countries listed. Select ` done ‘ and the list of members currently registered to represent that country when competing will appear
Please note that this question is only asked for Competitive, National and Enhanced memberships
Filter your search results by `membership status’
Select the `m emberships ‘ option within the filters list
Once selected you will be able to see a list of all individuals registered to your club
To view individuals linked to your club that currently have no active membership status
Select the ` No Active Membership ‘ button
This will display a list of members linked to your club that currently have no British Gymnastics membership
Filter your search results by `membership category’
Select the ` membership ‘ option within the filters list
Then select ` British Gymnastics ‘
After selecting British Gymnastics, you can select the membership category/categories of the members you wish to view
Click ` done ‘ and you will be able to view a list of members that are currently registered with your club under the chosen membership categories
Filter your search results by `Date of Membership’
Select **dates** ‘ within the memberships section on the filters ‘
list
Select the drop-down menu and choose which method you would like to filter your results by
- Start date of membership
- End date of membership
- Membership renewal due date
Once you have chosen which method you would like to filter with specific dates, you can then use the calendar drop down and amend the specific period you require
This will show a list of members that match these categories
You will see a list of individuals linked to your club
Click on ` Add Member ‘ to add a single new individual
A form will pop up from the righthand side of the screen
This is the same form that an individual member would see if they joined directly with BG, with the except of the club details
Complete the form as if you were the individual/parent
Once you have completed the form and clicked ` continue ‘ you will see some options to move forward.
Click ` Edit member ‘
The member’s profile will pop up and you can add the relevant membership
Click ` Go To Membership ‘
Select the relevant membership
Only the memberships that the individual is eligible for will appear here
Fill in the form, as if you were the Member
You will need to agree to British Gymnastics Member Rules on behalf of the member, however, you will have included these in your club’s sign-up process
Complete the remaining questions, where necessary
Click ` Checkout ‘ to proceed to payment
Clicking the checkout button will bring you to the checkout page
Here you will see the discounted fee of the final cost
You will also see the relevant home nation membership free of charge
Click either **Pay via bank** ‘ or Pay with card ‘, depending on which
payment method you prefer
Pay Via Bank
Fill in your bank details and click next
Pay With Card
Fill in your card details and click the blue pay button. Your payment will then process
Your payment will then be confirmed
When you view your members page (as shown previously), you will be able to see the member’s membership
