Citrus Gel (E840) Safe and effective citrus spotter for grease, gum and tar
spots

DESCRIPTION
Prochem’s Citrus Gel is a safe, yet powerful spotter. This thickened spotting
solvent removes oily spots from a wide variety of surfaces. It removes
asphalt, tar, chewing gum, auto grease and oil, food oils (bacon grease, lard,
fats, etc.), crayon, lipstick, mascara, hair oils & oily cosmetics, adhesive
residue, ointments, margarine, and some fresh paint spots. Citrus Gel also
removes some water-based components of oily spots.

WHERE TO USE
- Carpets: Asphalt, tar, adhesive residue, chewing gum, and other oily spots & spills on synthetic and natural carpet
- Upholstery: Greasy food, lipstick, mascara and other oily spots.
- Draperies: Helps remove sweet soils, e.g., soda pop spray spots.
- Hard surfaces: Tile floors, countertops, concrete, brick, oily garage floors, engines and parts, etc.
- Laundry: Pre-spot on oily stains, then launder normally.
- Other locations : Useful in many locations and circumstances. This easy-to-carry bottle can be kept close at hand for solving oily spot problems. Use it in the home, office, plant, garage, and for automotive carpet and upholstery. Citrus Gel can also be used for spots on clothing before laundering.
- USE DILUTION: Ready to use. No mixing necessary
USE DIRECTIONS:
Use as is: No dilution necessary. Apply directly to spot.
Pre-test: Although Citrus Gel is very safe and mild for most surfaces, always
pre-test in an inconspicuous area before use.
Apply: Shake before using. Squeeze Citrus Gel onto the spot. Allow 2-5 minutes
contact time.
Remove: Blot or scrape gently to remove spotter and spot. Repeat if necessary,
for difficult spots.
Rinse: Wipe with a sponge or towel and clear water, or extract with clear
water. Brush fabric to align fibers.
USAGE TIPS:
• Do not use on solvent-sensitive surfaces
• Avoid over-application. Do not allow product to contact latex carpet or
fabric backing. Delamination can occur.
• Extract or rinse with water, water-based product or volatile spotter to
avoid re-soiling
