Product Usage Instructions:

Assembling the Fixture:

1. Shut off the power at the circuit breaker and remove the old fixture, including the single bar.
2. Unpack the new fixture and lay out all parts on a clear area ton avoid losing any small parts.
3. Discharge the finial (A), remove the plastic shim (B), and cover (C).
4. Place the candle sleeve (E) over the lamp holder.
5. Install light bulbs (not included) according to the fixture’s specifications. Do not exceed the maximum wattage rating.
6. Attach the cover (C) and plastic shim (B) to the top pipe thread of lamp body (D) and secure it with the finial (A).
7. Attach the lamp body assembly to the post (not included) and secure it with screws (F).

Connecting the Wires:

1. Connect the Black wire from the fixture to the black house (hot) wire, and the white wire from the fixture to the white (neutral) house wire. Secure all wire nuts and consider wrapping connections with electrical tape.
2. If your outlet box has ground wires, connect the fixture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, attach the bare copper fixture wire to the green ground screw on the mounting plate.
3. Tuck the wire connections neatly into the post.

• Q: What should I do if I exceed the maximum wattage rating?
  A: It is essential not to exceed the maximum wattage rating as it can lead to overheating and potential hazards. If you have exceeded the rating, replace the bulbs with ones that fall within the specified wattage range.

ASSEMBLING THE FIXTURE

1.  Shut off the power at the circuit breaker and remove old fixture, including the single bar.
2.  Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts on a clear area. Take care not to lose any small parts necessary for installation.
3.  NOTE: Discharge of the finial(A), remove the plastic shim(B) and cover(C).
4.  Put the candle sleeve(E) over the lamp holder.
5.  Install the light bulbs(No Included) in accordance with the fixture’s specifications. NOTE: DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING!
6.  Attach the cover(C) and plastic shim(B) to the top pipe thread of lamp body(D), then lock it securely with the finial(A).
7.  Attach the assembly lamp body onto the post (No included) and lock it securely with the screws(F).

CONNECTING THE WIRES

1.  Connect the electrical wires as follows. Connect the Black wire from the fixture to the black house (hot) Wire. Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white (neutral) house wire. Make sure all wire nuts are secured. You may wrap the connections with electrical tape. If your outlet box has a ground wires (green or bare copper) connect fixture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise attach the bare copper fixture wire to the green ground screw on the mounting plate.
2. Tuck the wire connections neatly into the post.

Your installation is now complete. Return power to the junction box and test the fixture. Thank you for purchasing an AVIANCE product.
