Product Usage Instructions
Assembling the Fixture
- Shut off the power at the circuit breaker and remove the old fixture, including the single bar.
- Unpack your new fixture carefully and lay out all parts in a clear area to avoid losing any small parts.
- Assemble the lamp body and candle sleeve according to the provided instructions.
- Install light bulbs (not included) based on the fixture’s specifications. Do not exceed the maximum wattage rating.
- Attach the assembled lamp body onto the post and secure it with the provided screw.
Connecting the Wires
- Connect the electrical wires following these steps:
- Black fixture wire to the black house (hot) wire.
- White fixture wire to the white house (neutral) wire.
- If available, connect the fixture’s ground wire to the ground wire in the outlet box. Otherwise, use the green ground screw on the mounting plate.
- Neatly tuck the wire connections into the post.

ASSEMBLING & INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
- The drawing shown may not exactly match the product enclosed.
- However, the installation instructions do apply to this product.
- WARNING! SHUT THE POWER OFF AT THE FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER.
ASSEMBLING THE FIXTURE (Fig.1)
- Shut off the power at the circuit breaker and remove the old fixture, including the single bar.
- Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts in a clear area. Take care not to lose any small parts necessary for installation.
- Slip the threadlike bolt of the lamp body(A) into the side, and open the window. Put the candle sleeve(B) over the lamp holder (2163 not included candle sleeve).
- Install the light bulbs(not included) under the fixture’s specifications. NOTE: DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING! Close the window.
- Attach the assembly lamp body(A) onto the post (not included) and lock it securely with the screw(C).
CONNECTING THE WIRES (Fig.2)
- Connect the electrical wires as follows. Connect the Black wire from the fixture to the black house (hot) Wire. Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white (neutral) house wire. Make sure all wire nuts are secured.
- You may wrap the connections with electrical tape. If your outlet box has ground wires (green or bare copper) connect the fixture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, attach the bare copper fixture wire to the green ground screw on the mounting plate.
- Tuck the wire connections neatly into the post.
- Your installation is now complete. Return power to the junction box and test the fixture.
