Compliance with Standards
The device is CE-certified and meets the requirements of the following European Union legislative acts:
- Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2014/30/EU;
- Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.
- The device complies with the UKCA labelling requirements necessary to sell the device in the United Kingdom.
- The device has passed all assessment procedures established in the technical regulations of the Customs Union and complies with the norms of the Customs Union countries.
- The device meets the requirements of the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS) in electronic and electrical equipment (Directive 2015/863 amending 2011/65/EU).
- National Mark of Conformity of Ukraine, indicating that the device meets all required technical regulations.
- These symbols indicate that you must follow the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations * and the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations when disposing of the device, its batteries and accumulators. According to the regulations, this equipment must be disposed of separately at the end of its service life. Do not dispose of the device, its batteries and accumulators, and its electrical and electronic accessories together with unsorted household waste, as this would be harmful to the environment. To protect the environment and human health, dispose of used electrical and electronic equipment according to the approved safe disposal guidelines.
Limitations and Warnings

describe all possible hazardous situations. Use common sense when using the

Use this device in a domestic environment only and for the intended purpose, as described in this document.
ATTENTION!
Careless handling of the device as well as failure to follow the operating
instructions described in this Manual may result in injury or property damage.
General Safety Operation Rules
- This device is not intended for use by children under the age of 6 or by persons with reduced physical, mental or intellectual abilities unless they have sufficient experience and knowledge of how to use the device and are supervised by a person responsible for their safety.
- Do not allow children to play with the device and its accessories.
- If you have a pacemaker, oral disease, or have just undergone oral surgery, consult your doctor before using the device.
- If your gums begin to bleed after using the device, and the bleeding continues for several days, contact your dentist.
- Do not turn on or use a damaged device.
- Each family member should use an individual replacement brush head or individual toothbrush with a brush head.
- Replace brush heads at least once every three months, depending on the degree of wear.
- Use only original replacement brush heads.
- The device has a non-removable battery. Do not attempt to remove it.
- Do not wash the device or its accessories in a dishwasher.
- Do not immerse the device in water for long periods.
- Do not allow the device to come into contact with water if the protective cover (see Figure 2-a) is removed.
- If the device falls into water while charging or when the protective cover is removed, disconnect the device from the power supply, remove the device from the water, dry it thoroughly, and then take it to an authorized service centre.
- Do not expose the device and its accessories to direct sunlight, and negative and high temperatures.
- Before connecting the device to the power supply, make sure that the rated voltage and frequency specified in the technical documentation correspond to the parameters of the mains.
- Connect the device to the mains directly; do not use extension cords.
- Do not connect the device to the power supply with wet hands.
- Do not charge the device outdoors, near heat sources, or in places where there is a high risk of the device falling into water (such as a sink or a bathtub).
- If you do not use the device for a long time, charge it every 2–3 months to avoid deep discharge of the battery.
Additional Safety Operation Rules for Accessories Included with ADB0008 Model
- The plaque remover is intended for use by adults only.
- If you have braces or dental prostheses (e.g., crowns, implants, etc.), oral diseases, or if you have just undergone oral surgery, you should consult your dentist before using the device with the plaque remover.
- Do not allow children to play with the plaque remover or the dental mirror.
- The plaque remover and the dental mirror have pointed parts. Handle them carefully to avoid injury.
Warning Symbols and Signs
- The device is intended for indoor use only.
- Ingress protection rating of the device that allows it to maintain its operability in case of short-term water immersion (less than 30 minutes) to a depth of less than 1 meter.
- Eco-labeling of the packaging indicates that it can be recycled.
- The packaging of the device can be disposed of along with household waste.
- The device can be broken or damaged if handled carelessly.

NOTE
The sticker sheets included with the ADB0007 model are for personalization
purposes only. It is recommended to place the stickers on the toothbrush
handle so that they do not cover the operating modes and battery charge
indicators and allow you to press the power button freely.

Package and Labeling
The device comes in an individual cardboard package containing the full name
and labelling, list of accessories included, main technical specifications,
date of manufacture and information about the manufacturer.

Assembly and Operation
You should attentively read and understand this User Manual before using the device for the first time.
ATTENTION!
When connecting to a power supply, and using and storing the AENOTM
Toothbrush, follow the safe use rules of the device (see the “Limitations and
Warnings” section).
Unpacking and Preparing for Operation

Carefully open the packaging and remove the device and accessories. Remove all packing materials from them.

Remove the protective cover from the toothbrush handle.
NOTE
The protective cover can be removed with a SIM card tray eject tool or an ordinary paper clip (not included). Insert the eject tool/paper clip into the gap as shown in the Figure above and use it to hook the lid.
ATTENTION!
The protective cover ensures that the micro-USB port of the device is waterproof. Remove it only for charging. If the protective cover is removed, do not allow water or other liquids to enter the port of the device. -
Connect the device to a power supply using a USB (A) / micro-USB cable.

The LED battery charge indicator will light up yellow. When the LED indicator turns green, the battery is fully charged.

When charging is complete, disconnect the device from the power supply, and then disconnect the cable from the micro-USB port.

Insert the protective cover into the device handle as shown in the Figure below.
Operation
The device is intended for daily brushing of the teeth. With the ADB0008 model, it is also possible to remove plaque thanks to the plaque remover.
The toothbrush has three operating modes:
- “Soft”;
- “Clean”;
- “White”.
A detailed description of the modes is provided in Table 2.
Selecting the Operating Mode
The first time you turn on the toothbrush, it will operate in the “Soft” mode.
The last used mode is saved in the device settings the next time the device is
turned on.
To switch the operating mode, follow the steps below:
- Turn on the device by pressing the power button once.
- Set the desired operating mode with the subsequent presses of the power button.
NOTE
You can change the operating mode within 5 seconds after the device is turned
on.
The toothbrush modes will switch in the following order:
- “Soft”;
- “Clean”;
- “White”.
You cannot switch to the first and second modes after switching to the third mode. Subsequent presses of the button (within the current 5 seconds) will turn the device off. If more than 5 seconds passed since you turned the device on, and you need to change the mode, turn off the device by pressing the power button once, and then repeat steps 1–2 above.
Using the Replacement Brush Head
NOTE
You should rinse the bristles of the brush head under warm running water
before the first use to remove any residue of production materials.
- Place the brush head on the toothbrush handle so that it fits tightly. The bristles of the brush head should be pointed in the direction shown in Figure 7-a.
- Turn the brush head clockwise (see Figure 7-b). When properly installed, the tab on the toothbrush handle will slide into the groove on the brush head and you will hear a click (see Figure 8).
- Wet the bristles of the toothbrush head under running water.
- Apply the desired amount of a dental care product to the bristles.
- Point the bristles toward the surface of the teeth at an angle of about 45°.
- Turn on the device by pressing the power button once. Set the mode, if necessary, according to paragraph 2.2.1.
- Brush your teeth gently, without putting too much pressure on the enamel.
NOTE
The front and back surfaces of the teeth should be cleaned using vertical
movements, going from the gum to the edge of the tooth. The chewing surface of
the teeth should be cleaned using horizontal movements *.
Every 30 seconds the device will notify you to change the cleaning zone by briefly stopping the vibration. Change the cleaning zone after each notification. After 2 minutes of operation, the device will turn off automatically. If you want to turn off the device before 2 minutes have passed, press the power button once.
Using the Plaque Remover and Dental Mirror (for ADB0008 Model Only)
NOTE
- You should rinse the brush head under warm running water before the first use to remove any residue of production materials.
- Using a plaque remover cannot substitute professional oral hygiene at the dentist.
- Place the plaque remover on the toothbrush handle so that it fits tightly. The metal end of the remover should be pointed in the direction shown in Figure 10-a.
- Turn the remover clockwise (see Figure 10-b). When properly installed, the tab on the toothbrush handle will slide into the groove on the remover and you will hear a click (see Figure 11).
- Point the metal end of the remover toward the tooth surface at an angle of about 45°.
- Turn on the device by pressing the power button once. Set the mode, if necessary, according to paragraph 2.2.1.
- Clean problem areas using gentle vertical strokes.
ATTENTION!
Do not apply excessive force when using the plaque remover. Careless use of
the remover can cause oral trauma as well as damage tooth enamel.
If necessary, use the dental mirror included in the package for a better view of the cleaning zone. Every 30 seconds the device will notify you to change the cleaning zone by briefly stopping the vibration. Change the cleaning zone after each notification. After 2 minutes of operation, the device will turn off automatically. If you want to turn off the device before 2 minutes have passed, press the power button once.
Completion of Operation
- After turning the device off, clean the toothbrush handle and accessories as described in subsections 3.1–3.4.
- If several family members use the same toothbrush, it is recommended to store the replacement brush head separately from the device handle after each use. The brush heads should be stored away from direct sunlight and places with high temperatures.
- The information on how to remove the brush heads and the plaque remover is provided below.
Removing the Brush Head
To remove the brush head, do the following:
- Turn the brush head counterclockwise without using excessive force.
- Pull the brush head upwards to remove it from the device handle.
Removing the Plaque Remover (for ADB0008 Model Only)
To remove the plaque remover, do the following:
- Turn the remover counterclockwise without using excessive force.
- Pull the remover upwards to remove it from the device handle.
Cleaning and Maintenance
To maintain optimal condition and stable operation of the device, it is recommended that you do the following:
- Clean the device handle after each use;
- Clean the bristles after each use;
- Clean the plaque remover (for ADB0008 model only) after each use;
- Clean the dental mirror (for ADB0008 model only) as soon as it becomes dirty;
- Replace brush heads every 2–3 months or depending on the degree of wear and tear.
ATTENTION!
- Clean the device and its accessories only after the device has been turned off and disconnected from the power supply.
- Do not use chemical and aggressive detergents, abrasive pastes, products containing acids and solvents or metal sponges for cleaning the device and its accessories. This can damage the device, accessories, and their coating.
- Do not wash the device and its accessories in a dishwasher.
Cleaning the Device Handle
After turning the device off, rinse it under warm running water, then wipe it
with a dry cloth.

ATTENTION!
Do not rinse the device under running water if the protective cover (see Figure 2-a) is removed. -
ATTENTION!
Do not immerse the device in water for long periods (more than 30 minutes).
You can also clean the device handle with a cotton cloth. Turn off the device and wipe it with a cloth dampened with clean water. Afterwards, wipe it with a dry cloth.
If the device is very dirty, you can clean the device handle with a cloth dampened with clean water and a dishwashing detergent applied to it. Turn off the device and wipe it with a cloth with a small amount of dishwashing detergent. Afterwards, rinse the device under warm running water or wipe it with a cloth dampened with clean water, and then wipe it dry.
Cleaning the Replacement Brush Head
After turning the device off, rinse the bristles under running water (see
Figure below). You can wash the brush head either on the device handle or
separately from it (after removing it).
Cleaning the Plaque Remover
After turning the device off, rinse the plaque remover under running water
(see Figure below). You can wash the remover either on the device handle or
separately from it (after removing it).
Cleaning the Dental Mirror
Wipe the dental mirror with a cloth dampened with water (see Figure below).
Afterwards, wipe the mirror with a dry cloth.
Changing Brush Heads
It is recommended to replace brush heads every three months or often if the
bristles have lost their shape.
ATTENTION!
Use only the original AENO™ brush heads.
To replace the brush heads, perform the following actions:
- Remove the worn-out brush head from the device handle.
- Clean the device handle if necessary.
- Place a new replacement brush head on the toothbrush handle.
Warranty Obligations
- The service life of the device is 2 (two) years. The manufacturer’s warranty for the device and accessories is 2 (two) years. The warranty period starts from the date of the retail sale of the device to the end customer.
- Your country’s laws regarding the sale of consumer goods may give you other rights. This limited warranty does not apply to such rights.
- The manufacturer guarantees proper functioning of all materials, accessories, and assembly of AENO™ products provided that the operating rules outlined in the User Manual of the device are followed during the warranty period.
- For warranty replacement, the device must be returned to the retailer, along with the receipt verifying the purchase.
The following is not considered a defect:
- The new plastic odour emitted by the device during the first few days of use;
- Cchange of colour shade, the gloss of equipment parts during operation;
- The needs to replace consumables and wear parts that have become unusable as a result of their natural wear and tear.

Warranty Service Procedure
If you discover a suspected fault or defect in the device, you should contact
an authorized service centre before the expiration of the warranty period and
provide the following:
- The device with a suspected fault or defect.
- Original document confirming the purchase.
If there is no authorized service centre, the customer should contact the store where the device was purchased.
Warranty service does not cover:
- Adjustments, setting, cleaning and other types of product maintenance as specified in this document;
- Replacement of consumables (batteries, indicator bulbs, replacement brush heads, etc.) as specified in this document.
Limitation of Liability
Products with manufacturing defects are subject to warranty service during the
warranty period. In this case, the warranty period is extended for a period
equal to the duration of the repair.
AENO™ products are not eligible for free warranty service if any of the following is found:
- Damage caused by force majeure, accidents, negligence, intentional or careless actions (omissions) of the customer or third parties;
- Damage caused by the effects of other objects, or by exposure to moisture, dampness, extreme temperatures or environmental conditions (or their abrupt changes), corrosion, oxidation, exposure to chemicals, as well as animals, insects and their products of vital activity;
- If the device (or accessories) has been opened (the seals are broken), modified or repaired by anyone other than an authorized service centre or using unauthorized spare parts;
- Defects or damage caused by improper use of the device, misuse, including use contrary to the operation manuals;
- The device has been used with accessories or consumables (e.g., replacement brush heads) of another manufacturer;
- Defects caused by the natural wear and tear of the goods, including casing, batteries or operation manuals;
- The serial number (factory stickers), manufacturing date or model name on the device casing have been removed, erased, damaged, altered in any way or are illegible;
- Violation of the operating rules and conditions, as well as installation of the device, outlined in the operation manual;
- Cracks and scratches, as well as other defects resulting from transportation, operation by the customer or negligent handling on their part;
- Mechanical damage occurring after the device has been handed over to the user, including damage caused by sharp objects, bending, compression, as well as damage resulting from the fall of the device, etc.;
- Damage caused by nonconformity with the standards of power supply, telecommunication, and cable networks or external factors.
This limited warranty is the exclusive and only warranty provided and is instead of all other express or implied warranties. The manufacturer makes no warranties, either express or implied, beyond the description contained herein, including the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. It remains at the discretion of the purchaser to use a faulty, defective and unacceptable device. The manufacturer shall not be liable for damages to other property due to any defects in the device, loss of use of the device, loss of time, or for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages, punitive damages and losses, including but not limited to commercial damages, loss of profits, loss of confidential or other information, losses due to the interruption of business or operations due to the device being found to be malfunctioning, defective or inappropriate for use.
NOTE
ASBISC does not manufacture products related to critical equipment! Critical
equipment includes life-support systems, implant-related medical equipment and
devices, commercial transportation equipment, equipment for nuclear facilities
or systems, and equipment for other applications where device failure could
result in personal injury, death, or property damage.
Storage, Transportation, and Disposal
Clean the device and its accessories before storing them. Allow them to dry completely. The device can be stored in either a horizontal or vertical position.
If the device will not be used for an extended period of time, to avoid the accumulation of dust and dirt on the device casing and to avoid exposure to humidity, it is recommended to store the device and accessories in their original packaging in a clean, well-ventilated and closed room, out of the reach of children, away from acids and alkalis, heating devices and avoiding exposure to direct sunlight and moisture. Protect the device from significant temperature changes.

If you do not use the device for a long time, charge it every 2–3 months to avoid deep discharge of the battery. -
NOTE
If these requirements are not met, ASBISC does not guarantee that the device will retain its stated parameters due to possible loss of use of its components, accumulation of dust, moisture or the negative impact of other factors.
The device can be transported in any type of covered transport (railroad cars, closed cars, sealed heated compartments of aeroplanes, etc.) by the requirements of current regulations applicable to fragile goods. The toothbrush and its accessories must be stored in the original packaging during transportation. Similar requirements of the applicable regulatory documents apply to the storage conditions of the device in the supplier’s warehouse.
NOTE
The user must observe the storage conditions (temperature and relative
humidity) specified in the table of technical specifications.
- By the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) regulations, all electrical and electronic equipment must be collected separately at the end of their service life and cannot be disposed of together with unsorted household waste.
- Do not dispose of the device, its batteries, and its electrical and electronic accessories together with unsorted household waste, as this would be harmful to the environment. Parts of unusable devices must be separated and sorted by material type. Therefore, each user can contribute to the reuse, recycling and other forms of recovery of electrical and electronic equipment waste. Proper collection, recycling, and disposal will help avoid the potential impacts of harmful substances present in the devices on the environment and human health.
- To dispose of the device and its electrical and electronic accessories, return them to the point of sale or take them to your local collection/recycling centre recommended by the state or local authorities. Disposal is carried out under the applicable laws and regulations of the relevant country.
- For more information on how to properly dispose of used equipment, contact its supplier, your waste disposal service, or local authorities responsible for disposal.

Troubleshooting
The table below shows typical errors and problems that occur when connecting, configuring, and operating the device.

the device (charging time – at least 4 hours)
2| The device is connected to a power supply but is not charging (the battery
charge indicator is not lit)| There is no power in the socket that the device
is connected to| Check that the socket is working correctly by plugging in
another device. Connect the device to a working socket
The device has not been used for a long time| Connect the device to a power
supply and wait about 15 minutes. If the battery charge indicator does not
light up, contact an authorized service centre
3| Short operating time of the device after a full charge| The device has not
been used for more than 6 months and therefore does not hold its charge|
Contact an authorized service center

If none of the suggested solutions resolve the problem, contact the supplier
or an authorized service centre. Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the
device yourself.
Glossary
ABS plastic| Impact-resistant technical plastic, is widely used in the
production of household products.

TPE| Flexible plastic (thermoplastic elastomer) is widely used in the
manufacture of household products.
IPX7| Protection degree that allows the device to maintain its
operability in case of short-term water immersion (less than 30 minutes) to a
depth of less than 1 meter. This allows the products to be used mainly in
rooms where there is a risk of water getting onto the device. IPX7 devices are
not intended for outdoor use as they are not protected from rain, snow or a
large amount of dust.
WEEE| Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment. This means used
electrical or electronic equipment, including all components, assemblies, and
consumables that are part of the equipment at the time of its removal from
service (including batteries or rechargeable batteries (if any), components
containing mercury, etc.).
