Product Usage Instructions
Connecting the GCC6010W
To connect the GCC6010W, follow these steps:
- Connect the power input of 12V to the device.
- Check the LED indicator for power status.
- Connect devices to the NET ports and USB 3.0 port as needed.
- Utilize the Micro SD slot for additional storage if required.
- Press the RESET button if needed for a factory reset.

GCC6010W PORTS AND BUTTONS
Network Connectivity
The GCC6010W can be connected to various network sources such as Optical
Fiber, ADSL Modem, or Community Broadband. For more information, visit the
Grandstream website or access the device using the IP address 192.168.80.1.
CONNECTING THE GCC6010W
The SSID and default password information is printed on the MAC label on
the bottom of the unit. The default username is “admin”.
Ports with this symbol are configured to be used as a WAN port by default at the factory.

Precautions
Make sure to operate the device within the specified range of 5-95% RH (non-
condensing). Avoid power cycling during system boot up or firmware upgrades to
prevent firmware corruption.
- Do not attempt to open, disassemble, or modify the device.
- Do not expose this device to temperatures outside range of 0 °C to +45 °C (in operation) and -30 °C to +60 °C (in storage).
- Do not expose the GCC6010W to environments outside of the following humidity range: 5-95% RH (non-condensing).
- Do NOT power cycle the GCC6010W during system boot up or firmware upgrade. You may corrupt firmware images and cause the unit tomalfunction.
