UPDATE FIRMWARE

  1. Download the Bryton Gardia app from the App Store or Google Play or scan the QR code to locate the app

  2. Power on the Gardia R300L and pair with the app.

  3. An update notice will appear when new firmware is detected.

  4. Press OK to confirm the update operation.

LIGHT OPERATION

TURN ON / OFF: Press and hold the top button for 1 second to turn on / off.
SWITCH LIGHTS: Single press to change light modes.

Warning Light: There are 2 warning light patterns. When a vehicle is detected by the Gardia radar, based on the level of threats, the light will automatically switch to the suitable warning light continuously to bring the cyclist to the attention of the oncoming driver.
Brake Light: When deceleration is detected, the light will illuminate for 2.5 seconds to notify approaching drivers/cyclists.
Low Battery Light: When the battery drops below 15%, the light will automatically dim and enter low-power mode. This will extend the battery life.
Sleep Mode
When the Gardia R300L is inactive for more than 5 minutes without connecting to the app or bike computers, it will enter sleep mode to conserve battery life and save the light mode used before entering sleep. Once the light detects motion, it will return to the previous light mode.

PAIR WITH COMPATIBLE BIKE COMPUTER

HOW TO PAIR
To pair the Gardia R300L with compatible bike computers, power on the radar and cycle through to SENSORS > + on bike computers to enable pairing. Once paired, the indicator LED will flash blue. This indicator light informs users that the Gardia R300L has been successfully paired with the compatible bike computer.
DISPLAY ON BIKE COMPUTER AND GARDIA APP

  1. Approaching vehicles from up to 190m behind the user.
  2. Warning icons change as the vehicle approaches.
  3. Color change based on level of threat.
